Delta-V equipped us with the skills to implement a 360 SDR strategy from finding the right people all the way through to tracking and evaluating performance. The implementation of the project was outside of the scope of work for Delta-V however the post masterclass support has been great with follow up meetings booked to assist with any further questions I have post the workshop.

We brought Delta-V in to help build our inside sales function to support the growing companies in our portfolio. In many cases, our founders manage sales - mainly within their existing network or via referrals. This new function uncovers opportunities with new logo accounts. Delta-V helped us from A-Z to set up our sales development team. The training included:

The final success metric will be a closed deal from a cold lead. We've built a solid pipeline with a target of 8 SALs per month.

The program followed a very structured, step-by-step approach, with Alex always available to answer any questions along the way. All modules were delivered on time - in record time, given the urgency we had to get going!

We've seen a lot of success from the SDRs booking relevant and qualified sales meetings. This is, however, only the first step in the process. Our challenge is equipping the founders or account execs with the proven tools and techniques to get these deals over the line. We included one session in our training program on how to run a great first discovery meeting - I wish we had included a bit more training for the next phase to help close deals.
