We needed to organize an outreach campaign in order to make some new deals and establish new partnerships.

We were intrigued by the payment scheme, as it promised a significantly higher ROI than what the competition was capable of delivering.

This wasn’t our first outreach campaign, so things went pretty much like we expected them to. An onboarding to figure everything out, templates for messaging, research, and adjustments later down the road to correct any campaign nuances.

I primarily worked with the SDR and the account manager for most of the campaign. In the beginning, there was also the research team and the content writer. The tasks were relayed to them via the account manager.

We’ve had a consistent stream of around 8 appointments every month, with which I am fully satisfied.

No issues in our work whatsoever. Time difference didn’t matter, and everyone did their part accordingly.

Like I mentioned before, the payment scheme is pretty unique from what I’ve seen so far. It’s less risky, and offers a potentially higher ROI

It all started with an introductory onboarding to get everything figured out and to become familiar with each others’ teams. Afterward, the content was written, leads were researched according to our ICP, and after around 1 week the campaign launched.

We are fully satisfied with the results. In just 3 months of work, we had 27 meetings with qualified leads.

We had a 45 min onboarding among the team members where we discussed all the elements of the campaign. Within the first week, we approved the texts and leads, and after it was just smooth sailing from there on.

We started by establishing our ICP’s and setting up the research. After the content was written, special mailboxes prepared, and then it was just daily work and communication with prospects by the sales development representative.

I’m not sure how many researchers there were, but the two people I primarily worked with were the account manager, the SDR, and the content writer in the very beginning of everything.

We doubled our monthly sales within the first 3-4 weeks of the campaign

Pretty much what you expect from punctual people in a remote work environment. No complaints from me, everything was done in time.

We had great ROI in comparison to some of the more traditional service providers, which we also have experience with. The weekly reports were very detailed, I enjoyed analysing them.
