Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a consultant. I’m not employed by any one organization; I’m used by them to help with strategic marketing and sales projects. Predominantly, I work in the legal sector.
What challenge were you trying to address with Lead Pronto?
My objective is to generate a higher number of the right kind of leads for my clients — the latter part is the critical area. Often times, I’ll engage with a business and they’re either not getting any leads from their website or they’re getting lots of the wrong kinds of leads.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I’ve had a number of clients that Lead Pronto has worked with, encompassing about 5–6 projects over the years. Essentially, my part is to work with the client on strategy. This includes narrowing down who they’re trying to engage with and what they need to be saying to those people to catch their interest. Then, Lead Pronto takes that strategy and interprets it into a design context to make the brand look appealing to the target audience.
Next, Lead Pronto does the scientific part. Their team ensures the client reaches those target customers with the right messaging. They do this by implementing any necessary metrics. For example, analytics shows the number of people looking at a particular page on a website. Lead Pronto uses this data to entice the customers’ next click — where they jump to, whether they engage, and whether they’re responding to a call to action.
Overall, the Lead Pronto team handles everything digital. This includes making a website work as well as managing different social media platforms in efforts to generate leads and engage the right people. They do LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and make full use of all those channels in a unified way. It really depends on the nature of the client’s firm and who they want to attract.

I predominantly work with Scott (Founder). Over the years, I’ve dealt with 5–6 different people at the organization.
How did you come to work with Lead Pronto?
I was working with a new client and Lead Pronto had submitted a proposal to them before I came into the engagement. My role was to work with the client on their marketing and business development. After reviewing Lead Pronto’s proposal, I invited them to come in and chat with me.
By the end of our conversation, I was really impressed and loved their way of doing things. That was the first project we worked on together, and it has gone on from there. I’ve introduced them to a number of my clients since then. They’re my go-to if I need some digital expertise on any project I’m working on.
How much have you invested with them?
An average project ranges from about $50,000–$199,999; however, my clients are the ones paying Lead Pronto, not me. I often invite three organizations, including Lead Pronto, at the beginning of the engagement for the client to choose from. This ensures that they’re getting the right people. Lead Pronto is my recommendation, but I provide others in the pot.
I’ve seen the price comparison between Lead Pronto and other similar agencies. They’re pretty competitive and sensible in the way they structure the pricing. For example, if they’re working with a startup, they know the budget will be small. Lead Pronto has a good understanding of what the budget tree is for the individual client. They’re competitively priced as well as quite practical and sensible about their costs.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing partnership began in August 2016. There are always new clients and projects bubbling away and overlapping. For example, our very first project together lasted two years. If we’re not working together in a formal context, we’re still regularly corresponding with each other.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The numbers speak for themselves. Lead Pronto is very distinct from a lot of agencies that dominate the sector. Those agencies might be quite creative and design-based, but don’t do the science part to make the lead generation efforts work for the client. Lead Pronto gets the science part right and makes it look good as well.
Their ability to generate the right kind of leads has been really noticeable. They’re talented at presenting the brand in the right light that will acquire the client’s targeted customers. On one project we worked on together, Lead Pronto got the client’s organic traffic up by 35%. The client’s entire website works better; the way it flows and the way people move from one space to another has all been optimized by Lead Pronto.
Overall, the Lead Pronto team is excellent. They’re always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Culturally, they’re a nice bunch. I’ve never asked Scott a question about social media that he hasn’t been able to answer. He has a lot of wisdom on social media and is great at utilizing that.
How did Lead Pronto perform from a project management standpoint?
Lead Pronto creates reports that are individually tailored to each client and their needs. From my perspective as a consultant, the reports are very helpful because they contain information that I then provide to the client.
The Lead Pronto team is very accessible and communicative. If I need an update, I can give them a ring, and they’re always happy to talk. They make the time to chat with me. There’s real teamwork ethic there. One of the things I enjoy the most about our partnership is that teamwork. It's nice because I’m an individual consultant so it’s great to have that relationship with Lead Pronto.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Lead Pronto really cares about giving the client a decent result. Many other agencies are quite happy to take clients’ money and don’t really care about the end result or retaining that client. However, Lead Pronto wants to develop a long-term relationship so they’re really results-oriented. They’re nice guys who know their stuff — if I was creating a brand strapline for them, that’d be it.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I was the head of marketing at a regional commercial law firm called Aaron & Partners LLP.
What challenge were you trying to address with Lead Pronto?
They came in to help with the shift toward being more visible and winning more work online. At the time, it was under-utilizing digital channels and aligned with traditional ways of winning work. They came in to drive online sales growth.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They implemented our PPC strategy, managing all our paid ads on Google and Bing. They also helped with our sales funnel and created landing pages for us on our website. As lawyers, we weren’t used to dealing with online inquiries so we wanted to make sure the quality of leads was good. We also had a finite budget that we were trying to capitalize on.
Additionally, we’ve run a couple of microsites together while we were winning quite specific types of work. For that, they’d build a pure lead generation website connected to our main corporate website. They provided some SEO insights as well. We had an SEO person in-house that they worked with, meaning our ads tied in quite closely with our SEO strategy.
What is the team composition?
I mainly dealt with Scott (Managing Director & Founder). He’s a contact of mine, and I was probably one of his first customers when he was at another business. We probably have a team of 2–3 people working with us, with additional support available when needed.
How did you come to work with Lead Pronto?
Scott was an old contact of mine from his time at a previous company. We kept in touch, and when he set up Lead Pronto he approached me with the opportunity to work together. He put a proposal together; the firm we’d been working with for three months wasn’t generating what I wanted. Both of them were brought back in, and Lead Pronto’s presentation and approach were better. We gave him a six-month contract, and he’s still working for them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve worked together since January 2016.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’m still in touch with my old firm and they say that growth is good and a lot of it is still coming from digital. Our income went from getting nothing online to about 20% of all new business within the first 18 months. The lawyers have started to take digital seriously as well. Lead Pronto is a great balance of being very cost-effective, attentive, and realistic. We got our investment back multiple times over.
How did Lead Pronto perform from a project management standpoint?
They were brilliant. It was necessary that whoever came along understood the wider issues we had with ensuring that the digital strategy worked. Rather than just reporting the numbers, we had to report them in a certain way so our firm would take them seriously. Scott actually came in and presented to our team leaders internally, so he was a known quantity; most lead generation agencies don’t have a tangible viewpoint like that.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They tapped into our entire strategy. Rather than them only focusing on hits and numbers and clicks, they were able to map the entire process of the lead conversion. We could follow up on leads and see who was converting. They worked to really understand our business, allowing them to be proactive in identifying opportunities.
I’ve worked with other lead agencies and all they want to do is generate leads. Lead Pronto has some other agency capabilities as well; they’ve helped with our websites and doing a/b testing. They’re a great mix of being a lead agency focused on numbers and a wholistic agency that looks at processes from clicks through conversions.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’m sure they’re a very different agency than from when I worked with them; they probably refined their model a bit more. I don’t feel like I’m in a position to answer this. They were responsive in my time though, like if you wanted something reported in a different way. Positive criticism always landed well with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Work with them. I’ve done it at two business and they’ve returned more than I’ve invested both times. Give them an opportunity to impress you.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the managing director of a home improvement company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Lead Pronto?
We were looking for a partner to help bring in qualified leads for our company so that we could go straight into appointments from the contacts that they provided to us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Their team runs campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media sites in order to draw interest. Customers then get in contact with them, fill out a form, and we follow up with the leads that present the most promise based on the answers that they provide.
They handle pretty much everything to do with the campaigns, including the designs, the timing of the posts, and the targeted demographics for different types of adds. We monitor the campaigns and help to decide which ones to shift up or down depending on the level of success we are seeing with them.
What is the team composition?
We predominantly interact with one member of their team, and he manages a number of people working on our account behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with Lead Pronto?
We had a mutual friend who had used them before, and he gave them a really glowing recommendation. Our organization has worked with a number of lead generation companies, and they have by far been the best relationship we’ve had so we decided to keep them on board.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project started around August 2019, so we’ve been working together for about 9 months at this point.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The conversion rate that we are now seeing as a result of their work is better than we’ve had with any other company. We’ve gotten the cost per lead through the Facebook campaign down to almost £8 per lead, which is phenomenal. On top of that, we’re converting almost twice as many leads to actual customers than the market standard. We couldn’t be more pleased with their performance so far.
How did Lead Pronto perform from a project management standpoint?
We get a performance report on a weekly basis that we then analyze with their team and are able to discuss what we want to do going forward. The whole process is incredibly transparent, and they work really hard to keep us up to date on everything we need to know for the project to be successful.
What did you find most impressive about them?
One of the best qualities about them as a company is that they are very responsive to constructive criticism. It has been a huge asset to our engagement to be able to say what’s working, what isn’t working, and then have them alter their approach based on the input that we are giving to them.
We completely trust their team and have gained it through their complete transparency throughout the project. We really appreciate the honesty and good faith that they bring to their work, and it has really paid off in the quality of our long-term relationship.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don’t think there’s anything in particular that they need to do differently.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trust them and their expertise in what they do. You know that the money you’re investing is getting invested properly and isn’t being used elsewhere, and you can know that if they tell you they’re going to deliver something that you will get it exactly when they say you will.
