During our 16-month engagement with Hypergen, we received over 300 qualified leads (represented by positive replies to our outbound email campaigns) that we directed to our sales team. Our sales win rate on these deals was roughly 5%, which represented a large positive ROI for us considering the customer LTV of the closed deals.

Hypergen's process was efficient and they responded to our need to move quickly. Weekly performance reports and a shared dashboard showed that they were sending as many emails as they said and showed the response rate based on messaging.

Cofactor is a biotech company with complicated technology that can be difficult to describe efficiently and compellingly. Hypergen used materials provided by Cofactor, such as a pitch deck, to craft persuasive emails that elicited great responses. We are very impressed with the way they learned about our company fairly quickly and created this messaging.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hypergen could have done differently?

Integrating our CRM system was a little clunky, but we were able to make it work for our needs.

After the initial discovery calls, we filled a questionnaire, and we had multiple calls with their team to discuss our goals and metrics. They gave us precious information and guided us thought the process. From there, they took all this information and created copies for the outreach, and we started the campaign. The process was very smooth and it required minimal effort on my end.

I've worked with the CEOs and then with the rest of the team - the copywriter, the project manager and they even helped us find a company to help with our sales structure.

It is amazing. We have regular meetings to discuss the results and we adjust the campaigns as we go.I'm always in the loop and know exactly what they're working on, which is amazing!

The way they structured and process, making is super easy for me to follow. They are extremely helpful every time and they give suggestions on how to optimize the campaigns in order to see better results. I can see and feel that they really care about their customers.

They are running our Marketing campaigns to generate sales leads. We then take them over and try to get them into a call. Our goals were to have around five calls per week. They have exceeded our initial expectations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have posted an ad in a Marketing professionals group. They have submitted an offer; we had a call in which they showed examples and data/results of previous campaigns. We have also run some Reference calls with some of their happy customers. In paralel, we have been working with several other agencies, using different other techniques, but they were not as successful as Hypergen's campaigns.

We first discussed about who we are (our brand) and what our ICP is. Then we have aligned our our campaign goals and on the tools they use. We have agreed on the process. Then they created the copy for the campaigns. Once the campaign started, we have done some adjustments to optimise the results. The speed of implementing and of getting the results always impressed me. It show a high level of professionalism and of really knowing their job very well.

Our main point of contact, after the campaigns started, was the Campaign Manager and, from time to time, we have interacted with the Copywriter as well. However, the entire team is very approachable starting with the Founders themselves.

We consider email campaigns to be very successful. From the last campaign: we had 3726 emails sent, with a 60% open rate, 7% reply rate, and 2.30% generated leads.

We have a by-weekly online meeting with our Campaign Manager and emails every time needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very professional and, most important, they deliver what they promise. They are creative when it comes to copy and very data oriented. Their reports looks great! So, everybody, even not that much into the digital marketing topic, understands the results of the campaigns.

During the pandemic and slowdown in the economy, we needed to find an efficient way to conduct outbound lead generation through email, ads, and phone calls. The goal was to increase our pipeline from outbound activities.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Hypergen had reached out to me on Linkedin, and I found their approach and messaging were exactly what I was looking for to help augment my internal sales team.

First, Hypergen learned everything about our product and our ideal customer profile. They quickly created content and a sequence of activities for the Lytics team to review. They completed all of this in less than a week and launched our first campaign by the end of the second week. This was the easiest onboarding and fastest time to value I had ever seen from a vendor. I could not have hired FTE to do the same.

We had 3 full-time people and still helping to manage creative and execute campaigns.

We increased our pipeline by 30% through outbound activities and closed close to half of that pipeline, making this decision an easy one and hence the reason we are still working with them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow is easy as they anticipate our needs and get the job done. We have a slack channel with our two teams and most of the activities are done in real-time and we never need to wait for a meeting.

Their ability to understand our message and get us up and running so quickly. They are always on top of our requirements and, more importantly, anticipating what we need next.

Honestly, we received so much value from Hypergen I am not sure what else they could offer us. If they have new services and offerings, I will look at it.

We hired Hypergen to generate new sales opportunities in Europe, the US and Canada. We wanted to find new clients for App and Software development. Our target was mostly funded startups and SMBs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We aim to work with clients from the US and the EU. I met one of the co-founders at a networking event and learned that him and his team have experience living in the US and in European countries, as well as working with clients from these locations. It made sense that their international experience would contribute to the success of the project.

We told the Hypergen team about the strongest benefits of choosing our dev team to work with. Within a week they sent us the initial targeting contact list and the copy. We approved the materials and have been booking frequent calls with quality potential clients ever since. We also hired a few great new team members through the recruitment campaign.

I kept in touch with a Campaign manager, Account Manager and the copywriter weekly. They gave me clear insights into the process, the results, how they plan to improve these and asked me about anything they needed to know to do this. Super easy and nice working with them.

We usually had open rates over 60% - one campaign had a 93% open rate which was impressive. Reply rates were generally between 10% and 20%, going up to 31%. The team generated 50+ opportunities within a few months - exceeded my expectations.

Very effective. They know what they need to be doing at any point and react quickly to any requests from my side.

They have deep insight into different industries and positions and how to get them interested with the right message and creative copywriting.

No. The only frustration was that I'm usually too busy to stay and chat with them. Very friendly team

They're an extremely knowledgeable team. They respond swiftly to questions or campaign updates! They also are able to source and generate some pretty great lead lists.

Would be super nice to have the leads integrated into my crm and there may be a way to link the two with Zapier but I havent spent too much time on that and the workflow I have created works pretty well for me.
