The information was clear, and Adchitects kept to the schedule at all times. The process was smooth, given the time pressure. We’re not experts in programming, so, if we didn’t understand an item, Adchitects would ask us what we wanted to achieve. They were trying to find solutions that would make our requirements possible and were proactive, open to our ideas, and positive every step of the way. It was a nice, fruitful collaboration.

Technologies will find a way to do whatever we need. They research each question and get back to us. I have probably paid A.Y. Technology 10 times more than I paid anybody else, but I've been happy throughout the process.

Their team is based relatively close to us, so they were able to work on-site when we needed and were always willing to work around our schedules. Since we were also working with a remote party, we used some project management softwares to centralize our communication. Basecamp, in particular, has been very helpful in keeping track of all the remote collaboration going on. That focus helps them to take often very complex and technical requirements and communicate those to multiple levels of an organization, whether that’s senior leadership, program staff, or third-party vendors, and interface really effectively across all of those units.
