Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the owner and main therapist in a wellness company focused on nervous system regulation through somatic breathwork, mindful movement, and energetic integration.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Minimx, and what were your goals?

Our website was created years ago by a large, expensive company who has been managing it ever since. I am a little company that got lost somewhere along their way to the top - they stopped listening and we stopped getting results. I hired Minimx to re-create the look and feel of the site. I wanted to find someone to listen and to understand what my company was about, who my clients were, and where the business was headed. I didn't want to pay for something I wasn't getting.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Word of mouth. I was referred to the owner of Minimx. I could not be happier with my decision. As a matter of fact, since this first project, Minimx has built a second very successful site and fully manages both!

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had an in-depth meeting to introduce an understanding of my business, my client profile, and business goals. An outline of a web design wish list was generally discussed. Second step was that Minimx presented a basic design which to my surprise was fantastic right out of the gate! After that, the entire process was extremely collaborative and fast, resulting in a fantastic site.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked 1:1 with the main web designer for the entire project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launch, we saw an 80% increase in traffic. We get fantastic comments the look and ease of navigation. And, based on clients' needs, we are looking to add a few features coming soon!

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

This is where Minimx shines! They are very fast to respond and at every step there is communication. I never felt out of the loop. There was always information available. The other piece is that the communication was in language I could understand. Admittedly, I am not tech savvy, and I appreciate it when folks with IT knowledge are patient. The folks at Minimx have excellent interpersonal skills, a real plus in my books.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

First, I'm most impressed by the ability to consistently deliver what they say they will. They have not let me down. Not once! Second, I am very impressed that there is a gem of a company like Minimx out there that checks all these boxes for this price point! Thank you.
