They developed customize software solutions to meet our clinic's automation needs. With the use of their own custom API, they successfully connected our CRM with other existing systems such as appointment scheduling, billing, and communication tools to ensure seamless data exchange and workflow automation. Some of the key deliverables were: 

• Digital Transformation Roadmap: A detailed plan outlining the steps, timeline, and expected outcomes of the automation initiative. 
• Customized Software Solutions: Developed software products and automation scripts. 
• Workflow Automation: Automated processes for patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and other identified areas to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

We needed to have a platform to centralize all our info, those of the customers, treatments, and accounting. We all had different tools and often there were errors and oversights. Our personalized platform for our needs, gathers all the information at the same place, allows us to have more analysis easily, no possible error now because everything is automated. Also, we had a website that was not at all according to our image, and with Cemiar, they knew exactly what we needed.

Cemiar really takes the time to explain the steps of the project and to give us a cost estimate. They give us regular updates of where they are in the project and budget. They ask us to put a maximum budget per month, if there are improvements to be made on the projects and if it exceeds the budget, they warn us. So far, we are fully satisfied with the service and the projects delivered with Cemiar. I personally and all my team strongly suggest this wonderful team.

They understand our needs the first time. They respect our needs and our tastes. They suggest improvements that could be beneficial to our business that we have not thought of. SVEN Inc. wanted to equip itself with an end-to-end automation solution, to route all information throughout our systems. The information is entered in the CRM and is sent to an operator console, from this console we are able to configure our data center with the customer's information. 

n addition, each of our business tools such as the accounting software, our ticketing system and many others. Furthermore the operator console allows us to follow the onboarding status of our customers until the physical delivery.
