The team has delivered modular, scalable site components that improve how we present coverage, claims, and key service information while maintaining enterprise-level performance and security standards.

We’ve achieved sustained high uptime, measurable performance improvements, enhanced security, and a platform built to scale with future initiatives. Our platform uptime has consistently remained around 99.9%, with noticeable improvements in site performance and load times following optimization efforts. Our security posture has been strengthened through regular updates, proactive monitoring, and adherence to enterprise-level best practices, resulting in improved stability and reduced operational risk.Overall, these improvements have resulted in a more stable and reliable digital experience, reducing operational interruptions and enabling our teams to focus on higher-value work rather than reactive support.

I've worked with Major Tom for just over 10 years in varying capacities across their Paid Media and Social Media teams. I've always enjoyed very positive working relationships, and they have offered great value and strategic guidance to media campaigns. They always add valuable insights into the data and make recommendations to improve overall strategy. It's always felt like a strong strategic partnership and they seem to have a positive working culture. Would highly recommend them as a media partner.
