We provides AI-powered service desk automation for managed service providers (MSPs). The core focus is helping MSPs run their ticket lifecycle more efficiently through a suite of AI agents/products.

We engaged the agency for a full redesign and development of our site, migrating the site from WordPress/Elementor to Webflow.

The primary goal was to modernize the site's look and improve how our technical product content was presented to visitors.

Key Deliverables:

Full Site Redesign: Rebuilt our website from the ground up in Webflow, giving the site a cleaner, more modern design system. 

Technical Content Simplification: The standout piece of this engagement, the agency took our dense, hard-to-parse technical product screenshots and reworked them into clean, easy-to-digest visual cards. This made complex features far more approachable for visitors who aren't deeply technical, without losing the substance of what the product does. 

Development & Build: Full front-end development in Webflow, translating design into a functioning, responsive site.

On top of that, communication was excellent throughout. They were responsive and quick to resolve outstanding items, which made the whole engagement feel collaborative.
