BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of technology at an event production and delivery company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Quantum Mob?
We had a platform in mind that we wanted to build, but we didn't have the development talent in-house to engineer it.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We brought in Quantum Mob to augment our existing in-house technology teams and work with our teams to build, customize, and improve our event platform. They developed an event registration system for participants, after which they implemented an in-person access control that let users in and out of event sites and secure areas using RFID. They also implemented digital events, which allowed users to broadcast video chats. They worked with us on building the platform and expanding it over the years. They were also consultative in helping us ideate and finalize plans. Technologies used include PHP, ReactJS, and React Native.
What is the team composition?
We worked with eight senior-level developers from Quantum Mob.
How did you come to work with Quantum Mob?
We found Quantum Mob through a referral.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $500,000 on this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from November 2016–January 2022.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Because of Quantum Mob's efforts during the pandemic, we were able to go from strictly in-person events to digital events within six months. They significantly helped us accelerate our development timelines and repurpose all of our tools to work within the digital event space. Thanks to their help, we were able to operate eight events and serve over 25,000 participants across the globe on platforms that they built for us.
How did Quantum Mob perform from a project management standpoint?
Quantum Mob performed well in terms of project management. They were very attentive and responsive to our processes. They were really quick to get in line and acclimate.
We used Jira for project management.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We made the decision later in the project to go into a tech stack that Quantum Mob had no prior experience with. They did all the legwork and research needed, got up to speed, and delivered extremely quickly and with a great deal of proficiency once they understood the stack. They did really well, and it was really impressive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could have done better with consistency and resource availability. We had a lot of people hopping off of the project because those resources were promised to other clients, and it was tough to offboard and onboard new resources so rapidly. Having said that, I did find that their developers were always making themselves available to provide support, so even if they were pulled off the project, they were still supporting their new team members that came on in their place.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure to go into the project with a clear understanding of what you want to achieve.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m an account manager at FROG3D, a CNC solutions company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Quantum Mob?
We were looking for a software that could generate a specific type of tool path for one of our clients. We already had the framework and expectations laid out, but we had a hard time finding a software engineer to meet the challenges and bring them to completion.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Quantum Mob was able to identify our existing issues with the software and address them to complete our custom software development needs. They followed the framework with the technologies we had already built.
Regarding features, the app has dropdown menus and other automated processes because we asked them to focus on UX.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with Chris (Senior Software Engineer), a couple of lead programmers, and their sales team members.
How did you come to work with Quantum Mob?
I found them through Clutch, and we found out that they were well-rated.
How much money have you invested in this partnership?
We spent $45,000 CAD (approximately $35,000 USD) with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from September 2021–April 2022. Our contract ended, but we’d definitely return to them for other projects.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our clients used early versions of the software that Quantum Mob created, noticing a 300% increase in functionalities and processing speed compared to their previous system. Overall, things now happen quicker and more reliably.
How did Quantum Mob perform from a project management standpoint?
They stayed within budget and stuck with us until we finished the project. They also adjusted to unpredicted challenges during the project and took on additional responsibilities for that, which made me happy.
Regarding tools, we used video conferences and Slack.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were communicative, friendly, and easy to get along with, which was important to us. They were also knowledgeable about the specific matters of the software we wanted, and they were able to help us sort out the project’s challenges.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — they’re fantastic!
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Knowing what you need to lay out your expectations is important. Also, keep open communication with them through the process; they’re happy to chat and answer questions.

Quantum Mob wrote automated tests for an online pharmacy’s app. After that, the team moved forward and developed the app’s frontend. The goal was to accelerate the firm’s delivery and development progress.
The app was delivered with great results. It met the client’s stipulated testing requirements, and Quantum Mob delivered excellent frontend development work. Their developer was extremely experienced and earned the company’s confidence. They were also highly responsive to the firm’s needs.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I was the former CTO and CPO of an online pharmacy. Our primary goal was to make deliveries easier through an app available on the web and on mobie phones.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Quantum Mob?
It was difficult for us to hire good talent, and we needed to bolster our team to meet requirements — we had to release our product at a specific date. As a result, we hired Quantum Mob to augment our team and help us accelerate our development and delivery process.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We hired frontend developers from Quantum Mob. They initially worked on the QA portion of our app, and then they moved forward with frontend development. The team wrote automated tests for us, too.
What is the team composition?
We worked with four people in total. Two of them were developers, while the other two were Quantum Mob’s founders. Our team worked with the founders during meetings on how we were going to take care of something. Meanwhile, our work with the developers was more about what they were doing on a daily basis.
How did you come to work with Quantum Mob?
We found Quantum Mob through a reference.
How much have you invested with them?
Our investment was around $200,000 in total.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted from November 2021–March 2022.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
To measure success, I stipulated that we weren’t going to release the app until we’d conducted a specific number of tests and coverage. Apart from that, we wanted to measure a bunch of metrics, such as the number of users the app could support before failure.
Given that, we asked Quantum Lab to write a report determining whether or not the app was truly ready for production. Our team wanted to ensure that we could handle a lot more users than anticipated and that our response times were super fast. Quantum Lab’s report and testing allowed us to determine if the app needed further optimization. They did this so well.
Overall, Quantum Mob’s work and frontend development style exceeded my expectations. Their developer served as more of a leader than a frontend developer — it was amazing to deal with him.
How did Quantum Mob perform from a project management standpoint?
To manage the project, Quantum Mob worked on our Jira instance. We had an advanced setup — all of our documentation was written on Google Documents, linked in Confluence, and ticketed via Jira.
The team would complete tickets and transition them through different states on Jira before submitting them. These tickets should then match the invoice they sent at the end of each month of our engagement. We also used Slack to communicate.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Quantum Mob’s professionalism and capability were impressive. In the past, I didn’t always know who was truly working on my project behind the scenes. By contrast, we had two dedicated frontend developers that we were able to interview with Quantum Mob. This wasn’t typical in many agencies, so I truly liked it.
The fact that the main developer was extremely experienced was great. Because he was so good, he earned our team’s trust. This made things a lot easier for me. Their co-founder and president was highly responsive; he was extremely available at a moment’s notice whenever I sent him a message.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their availability after the project could improve. They had plenty of projects, so when our contract ended, we couldn’t extend the work. It wasn’t good for us because we lost them. To be fair, I understood that they had bigger projects.

A software company hired Quantum Mob to assist in the development of their software application. They've created a segment of the app that allows for direct B2C contact with the client's customers.
Quantum Mob's work has driven a 4–5x increase in the client's product sales through their B2C platform. Collaborative and reliable, the team remains responsive and accommodating. Their high-quality resources and strong understanding of the needed tech stacks make them stand out from competitors.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the managing partner of a pet crematory software company. We've developed an application that allows people and businesses to run an efficient pet crematorium organization using the modules contained within our application. It manages any number of different functions from the chain of custody to CRM to client interaction on several different levels.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Quantum Mob?
We needed a company that could help us develop a software application that differentiated us from other industry participants while also allowing us to keep up with the bigger players. We had previously worked with a different developer on this project, but they were not a great fit for the level of complexity our app required.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Quantum Mob helped us use our existing React framework to be able to interact with our clients on a 1-to-1 level. Typically, our software is a B2B style application, but through some creative planning with Quantum Mob, we were able to create a segment of the application that allowed for a direct B2C relationship with our customers.
We used React for the software’s frontend and GraphQL for the backend.
How did you come to work with Quantum Mob?
We found Quantum Mob through online research. We chose them because we really liked the fact that their portfolio seemed to have a number of projects that required sophistication and nuance.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent somewhere between $500,000–$1,000,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
By helping us have a direct B2B relationship with our clients through our software, Quantum Mob’s work has really impacted our revenue generation and helped us differentiate ourselves from our competitors. In fact, we have been able to raise product sales by 4-5x in a couple of instances through our B2C platform.
How did Quantum Mob perform from a project management standpoint?
Quantum Mob has performed well in terms of project management. They’re very responsive, even when we’re not under engagement. We typically communicate with them through email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Quantum Mob has a much deeper bench and a better understanding of all platforms and languages than any other smaller companies we had worked with before. They have people who can do infrastructure and people who are specialists in each of the various platforms and languages.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Some of their developers are amazing, but there were a couple of developers that I think were not quite at that level yet, and we’re still paying the same rate either way. I feel like there's a little bit of inconsistency in the DevOps having to do with which developer was on the task.

Quantum Mob designed and developed robotics management software to run an entirely automated robotic garden, from planting to packaging. They worked with several technologies on this end-to-end endeavor.
Delivering within a short timeframe, Quantum Mob's technical competency impressed the client's own development resources. Their personable and collegial resources made for an easy-going yet highly productive relationship. Quantum was professional and knowledgeable, as well as committed to deadlines.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of software development and innovation for an agriculture company that deals directly in vertical farming for produce.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Quantum Mob?
We had a time-sensitive project, and building our own internal development team would have taken too much time — six months just to find the correct people.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
There was a lot of discovery. Quantum came to our facility to see the robotics we were working with and spent quite a bit of time reviewing our current software. From there, they built a project plan and went into development. The frontend is web-based and built with Laravel, Vue.js, and Tailwind CSS. Everything had to be containerized (with Docker) on the backend; all the robotics were programmed in C++.
The purpose of the solution is to control an entire robotic garden — everything from seed to sale. The robots plan the seeds in trays, the trays travel to two rows of gardens via conveyor belt, and then the trays are picked up by an automated vehicle that puts them in the garden. After each garden grows, the robots harvest them and bring them to packaging, from where they go out the door.
The software that Quantum Mob built runs everything. They provided all the graphic design, in addition to the technical development. Figma was their tool of choice.
What is the team composition?
I worked directly with one project manager, and then there was a UI/UX resource underneath him, as well as two frontend developers, three backend developers, and one CI/CD professional. I was able to work hands-on with the developers.
How did you come to work with Quantum Mob?
I did an online search for all software development companies within the Greater Toronto Area that do most of their stuff in-house, as that was one of our requirements. After interviewing 15 companies, we found Quantum.
I brought in each company to the facility to review our prototypes and ask them to come up with a small plan. I also got to meet with the developers, and that was where Quantum stood out. No one else was close to their level. They were very knowledgeable.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $300,000 CAD (approximately $239,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from October 2021–May 2022.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’m a developer myself, so I knew their work was amazing. They’re a very knowledgeable team.
How did Quantum Mob perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management was stellar. The team was professional; everything was done on Jira and stayed on track, finishing within the timeline we proposed.
What did you find most impressive about them?
All their programmers were great at what they did, and their close-knit nature was one of their strengths. They worked very well together and had fun with each other. I didn’t see any stress or drama, just top-notch work. In fact, their culture was one of the reasons that we signed with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It’s hard to say, but I give them top grades across the board. I didn’t have a bad moment with them, which is impressive, especially since I was deeply embedded with them throughout the whole process. They did a fantastic job.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Quantum Mob is developing a cross-platform mobile app using React Native and Node.js for a digital bank. They've just finished the design process for the app, which focuses on workforce management gamification.
Quantum Mob's understanding of the client's business helped expand the scope of the project and the app's potential. The initial design has exceeded the client's expectations, which bodes well for the partnership's future. The project's sprint schedule fluctuated based on the partners' feedback.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the co-founder and CEO of SmartMoney International, a digital bank targeting underserved people and businesses in rural Africa with income-generating knowledge, tools, and capital.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Quantum Mob?
We are developing a mobile app to manage a local workforce for increased scalability.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Quantum Up is developing our cross-platform mobile app using React Native and Node.js. Our goal is to turn workforce management into a live-action video game. Through the app, users play games through a set of activities and receive payment and points based on the completion of their activities. Essentially, we're gamifying work in some of the most hostile work environments with challenging work conditions.
At the same time, we're using the app to create a social network that goes beyond sharing photos and videos. It's a social networking app where people perform activities together in and between organizations. Doing this in a work context, where the incentive is payment instead of game awards, is very unique.
What is the team composition?
I've worked with four teammates from Quantum Mob, including the head of sales, CEO, and a senior and a junior designer.
How did you come to work with Quantum Mob?
I ran a global search, but I was looking for a Canadian firm because I had positive experiences with Canadian firms before. I needed a company that could provide a high quality of execution, design skill, and engineering skill. I came upon Quantum Up online and was impressed by what I could sense from their website — they had a high caliber of design and engineering skills.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we've spent $25,000 with Quantum Mob.
What is the status of this engagement?
This is a multi-phase project, and the first design phase was from April–May 2022. We anticipate this project will last about 12 months.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The first phase of the design was successfully completed in May 2022. The quality of Quantum Mob's work was outstanding and exceeded my expectations.
What really sets Quantum Mob apart is their relentless curiosity. Our business is very complex, and it takes most people 3–4 months to even start to understand our business. Quantum Mob compressed that process down to mere days and has achieved a level of understanding of our business that even our former employees didn't have. This understanding was necessary for them to actually deliver high-quality final products. They couldn't have delivered application logic that makes sense or met our customer and team's needs without this deep understanding of our business.
Throughout the iterative process, my team and I have understood our app's goals in a very different way because of Quantum Mob. What we began building was narrow in scope and directed towards immediate, short-term needs, but through this process, we've discovered we're building something bigger in terms of its potential.
How did Quantum Mob perform from a project management standpoint?
Quantum Mob exceeds my expectations for project management. This isn't an easy project, and they've only had six weeks to complete the design process. Their ability to deliver has given me great confidence in their ability to complete the next phases of the project.
At the beginning of the project, I was nervous that Quantum Mob didn't understand the project's scope. Their team had a very structured design sprint that they'd used before with great success — they presented a schedule of meetings and deliverables. I wasn't sure that we could follow the schedule, but their CEO assured me it was flexible and would change depending on our discoveries during the first few meetings. That's exactly what happened. We changed the plan in response to Quantum Mob's relentless curiosity. At the end of the design process, we went beyond the scope of work because we discovered the project's scope went even further than I'd realized. The project came in on schedule, within budget, and with the exact deliverables that Quantum Mob committed to.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It is extraordinary to find companies with such a high depth of design and engineering skills. Often, I'll find a company with a more marketing background, so they have great frontend skills but can't engineer scalable backend systems. Conversely, some companies are engineering-focused that develop great databases, but the frontend isn't attractive. To find one company that can integrate both skills so well is unusual.
Since Quantum Mob is also a smaller company, they're very responsive and move quickly. Communication between us is excellent.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Quantum Mob's invoicing and billing didn't follow the schedule they provided. They said they'd invoice us for 50% at the start and then the rest at completion. However, Quantum Mob only invoiced us at the completion of the project for the full amount. That was the only area that was not to expectations.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the president and CEO of a test preparation company that focuses on the medical college admissions test.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Quantum Mob?
We were trying to develop an educational software product.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We brought on Quantum Mob to develop our software product. Within the first few weeks, we were assigned a designer who worked in Miro. We had several design meetings with their team. Their team developed some of the product's backend in Node.js and React.
What is the team composition?
We worked with about five teammates from Quantum Mob, including several designers and a backend developer.
How did you come to work with Quantum Mob?
I found Quantum Mob on Clutch after working with other companies on this project,
How much have you invested with them?
I put down a $60,000 deposit with Quantum Mob before they started the job, then I spent an additional $40,000 with Quantum Mob.
What is the status of this engagement?
My engagement with Quantum Mob was from December 2020–January 2021.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?
The partnership with Quantum Mob started well — we were discussing a long-term working relationship. However, it was soon clear that the designer they gave us couldn't handle our task. After I reached out to their CEO about the problem, they suggested letting the teammate continue on the project. They were inflexible. It was clear that the designer didn't understand UX/UI or the processes — he was in over his head.
Once our partnership came to a close, Quantum Mob delivered part of the backend, but another developer looked at it and said it was useless. They also delivered part of the design on a Miro board. The Quantum Mob did return a portion of my deposit.
How did Quantum Mob address the challenges that arose?
At the beginning of the project, I'd made it clear that my work involved a lot of risque, cutting-edge comedy related to science. They claimed to be comfortable with the material, and we moved forward with the project. During one meeting, I made a joke to my wife that we all laughed at. We went on working, but two weeks later, the CEO said he needed to talk to me. I thought we would talk about the issue with the designer because we'd been working together for a month and I had nothing to show for it.
Instead, he informed me that my joke had offended one of their teammates. I wanted to apologize, but they didn't tell me who I'd offended; they only asked that the incident not be repeated. I was stunned. I was planning on spending over $1 million on this project, and they were trying to tell me not to joke with my wife.
After sitting on that information for several days, I asked the CEO to remove the complainant from the team because I suspected it was the designer who was unable to deliver. However, the CEO then told me no one had actually been offended, but the joke might have offended someone in the future. They then told me they weren't removing the designer and I needed to change my attitude. Obviously, we couldn't work together — we needed to make a humorous, efficient product and their team put a damper on the humor. I felt stifled.
Describe the impact this engagement has had on your business.
The COVID-19 pandemic had a huge impact on my business. I went from doing live classes in 25 states to none. So, what I wanted to do was create an online product. However, the project with Quantum Mob didn't pan out, and I lost $40,000 on this project with Quantum Mob.
How was project management handled?
Quantum Mob managed the project poorly. They assigned a teammate to the project who was unable to do the job and was unwilling to address the issue. Then, they turned the tables and attacked me. I don't think they would've done the same if I hadn't put the deposit down — I think they were counting on me not walking away from that money.
Is there anything that the vendor did well or that you would consider a strength?
Quantum Mob's teammates have great personalities — we were having a lot of fun together until that one meeting where I joked with my wife. I can't speak to their coding because they didn't do it.
In what specific areas can they improve?
First, Quantum Mob should learn how to compensate when something is going wrong. They need to react better to problems. Secondly, they handled their reaction to my joke very poorly and made me realize I couldn't work with them.
What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?
It is tough to give any advice because I feel like I explained my project well before starting the project. I gave Quantum Mob some examples of my other products, made them listen to my materials, and then explained that some people might find the material offensive. However, the relationship still turned sour. I'm not sure how I could've avoided this situation with Quantum Mob.
Overall, I'd suggest customers take a scrum course and learn how to be a product owner. It's important to interview each company carefully, and customers should ask for vendor recommendations. Also, it's not necessary to give large project deposits.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CIO of a healthcare solutions company that mainly deals with oncology and hepatology patients. We also work with insurance providers to give 360-degree services to patient groups on behalf of large pharmaceutical companies. Our customer base on the provider side comprises clinics, hospitals, doctors, patient support programs, pharmaceutical companies, and actual patients.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Quantum Mob?
We were working with a new client and Quantum Mob helped us with product design and product strategy.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started with a number of sessions where we brought in several stakeholders — including our CTO — to discuss how our new product could best change the business process of our client. We also looked into aligning and integrating this new product into our multiple existing systems.
With their specialization in Figma, Quantum Mob did rapid design work to help our busy team meet the deadline. The end product was comprehensive documentation and high-fidelity mockups, which we then used.
What is the team composition?
We worked with a total of 4–5 people. There was a facilitator, a project manager, and several designers.
How did you come to work with Quantum Mob?
We cold-searched for onshore companies since we needed to work in person with the team. There is only so much we can do remotely, and seeing as we needed rapid design work, we wanted to hire someone local. Based on that criteria, we decided to work with Quantum Mob. We also liked the tools they used, the way they shared their processes, and how their approach aligned with our business needs.
What is the status of this engagement?
It was a month-long initiative. We worked with them from October–November 2021.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
On the strategy side, Quantum Mob was able to help us solidify our business requirements. They facilitated discussions with the business folks quite well. On the design side, They were able to meet the functional requirements. We were able to go into production at the beginning of the year with a great deal of confidence. The final product itself received good feedback from businesses about how it successfully met their needs.
How did Quantum Mob perform from a project management standpoint?
The project management was excellent. Communications were great, and the follow-up on stakeholders was very effective despite most of it being done remotely. Quantum Mob had very capable practitioners on both the strategy and design sides, and they were all able to adjust to the process to meet our deadlines.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What really stood out to me was their all-around competency and focus. Though we focused more on design in this project, I believe we can use them again for any development or staff augmentation needs in the future.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don’t think there’s anything they could’ve done differently. We had to work remotely because of the circumstances, so that was not on them. We put them under a lot of pressure, but they did quite well. They were client-focused, making it feel more like a partnership rather than a client-vendor relationship.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It depends on the nature of the project, but it is critical to identify who will facilitate the first session as this will leave a lasting impression on the businesspeople and senior members of your organization. Quantum Mob has impeccable facilitation and communication skills, and they also have other folks who can do highly technical work.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a community manager at Club Quarantine, a virtual dance party and community platform. Each week, we host an event on Zoom featuring deejays, dancers, and performers. We also have a platform where we share information about things that are pertinent to communities. In my position, I do a lot of administrative and marketing work.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Quantum Mob?
We wanted a way for people to access and get an overview of what we do in one, singular, easy to navigate experience.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Their primary deliverable was to code and build a website we had designed by an outside designer. We wanted something that would be both easy to find information on and that would be visually appealing and include animations.
We also wanted to be able to easily update our content on the backend on our own. We’re using Webflow.
What is the team composition?
We work directly with the developers. First, we connected with the CEO, who helped us find the right people for our project, and then we started working with the head developer as well as someone who’s assissting him.
How did you come to work with Quantum Mob?
Quantum Mob is a local business based in Toronto, and we’d seen a lot of cool work they’ve done with companies just starting out in our community, so it seemed like a good fit. They were originally recommended to us by a friend who knew of them. Once we started talking to them, it seemed like they could do what we wanted.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since November 2020. A good amount of the project is completed; we’re just tying up some loose ends.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The website definitely captured the tone we wanted — something that was active and in motion. Quantum Mob was able to achieve that without it being heavy-handed over overwhelming. It’s easy to use and very interactive. They did a good job of taking our ideas and designs and bringing them to life.
How did Quantum Mob perform from a project management standpoint?
They did pretty well. Quantum Mob stayed in constant communication throughout the process. We’ve had a few live meetings where we follow up and discuss what we’ve done and what our next steps are.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Quantum Mob makes us feel like anything is possible. They make it really easy for us to ask questions, and they encourage us to explore everything, even when we feel there could be barriers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything they could do better. It’s been a really positive experience so far.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Come with a very clear idea of what you want to execute. Quantum Mob is good at looking at the whole picture and figuring out what can and can’t be done.
