Massive Web Design Inc has been tremendous to work with in the earliest days of my new company SUGO. The team was instrumental in the development of my amazing logo design, the construction of a modern and functional website, and the preparation of all the necessary stationary. 

They produced high-quality outputs and were always willing to work with me to find the perfect solution. He is available, which is so important to me with a crazy schedule. This is my first go at building a company, but I can confidently say if I ever do this again or have other design/tech needs, I will immediately reach out to Massive Web Design. Thanks so much!!

I am a mortgage agent and work for a Mortgage Brokerage in Hamilton, Ont. We are shifting to setting everything up in house, so I was in charge of getting the agent websites deployed.

For what projects/services did your company hire Massive Web Design, and what were your goals?

I was in charge of getting all the agents their own individual website with their info on it, that the agents could then use to market themselves. The websites would be client facing and a way to draw in business. One important feature was that we are still hiring lots and lots of mortgage agents, and will continue to do so. So an important feature of the websites was that there had to be a way to continuously deploy future websites for the new agents, customized with their info, without having a cost for it every time.

Massive Web Design helped me obtain that goal very easily, and didn't even question or contest it, when multiple other design companies simply stated that it is not possible and that I would have to continuously pay them for every new agent we get so they can deploy a website for them.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I googled and found multiple web design companies in the area and contacted all of them. What made me ultimately decide on Massive Web design was their customer service. I was put in touch with Vaughn right away, who was always there to help assist any questions I have and think up ideas with me. The other companies would take days to respond to my emails or calls, and would not send quotes or pricing when asked. Vaughn from Massive Web Design did not ever miss my calls and he was always extremely polite and professional.

They made a template website with Wordpress and elementor. I have to admit, I know very little when it comes to coding and website design but they made the whole process so easy to understand. I can now go in and deploy any future websites for any future agents needed very easily, without having any background in this. They made it so easy to understand and continuously still pick up my calls and assist me with any questions that come up despite our work being done and the contract being fully paid up.

It was just me that spoke to Vaughn and set things up but there are many many people with their own subdomains thanks to the work Vaughn and Massive Web Design did that are using their websites to client face and market.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They delivered everything within the timeframe they had mentioned at the beginning, and continue to assist me. Everything works just like it was said it would and agents are happy with the outcome and they are working and attracting business just as planned.

They communicated very frequently which put my mind at ease to know progress is being made. Another thing they did was set up a website I could see the website being built in real time in. So at any moment I was able to go to the website and see it in real time and see the progress being made.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found their customer service to be the most impressive. They constantly kept me in the loop and discussed possible ideas and solutions. It was such an easy process from start to finish and I was really anxious about this project because I have no experience in this field, so it was daunting. But vaughn and his team made it so easy to follow and do everything, couldn't be any happier.

They were perfect as far as I was concerned. Nothing to be improved. Fantastic work and fantastic team!

My website was up and running in less than 2 weeks and my business is succeeding with great traffic and clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was frequent and responsive, via phone and email, also met on zoom when required for visual walk throughs. All deadlines were met, most of the time work was completed well before deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very responsive, dedicated, kind and patient. They had great knowledge and experience, provided great advice regarding the design and functions of my site. Vaughn is a great guy to work with and him and the team to exemplary work, everything was done quickly, efficiently and was of high quality.

I also highly recommend them to women owned businesses, as they were always very professional, respectful and considerate in their approach, they understood what I wanted and adapted to my approach and made me feel really valued and comfortable.

I really appreciate that.

It was not the main deciding factor in my decision to hire him but I liked the idea of supporting what would be considered a marginalized segment of society in that it is a black owned business. As a black woman myself I feel good about contributing within my community. I liked his store front location and the fact that I could come there to do work related to the business in a co work capacity. He was always very welcoming.
