We typically share design files with Fineart Design Agency during each project's design process.  After a few days of reviewing our design files, the team provides an estimated development time and cost.  We collaborate with Fineart Design Agency at every stage of the creation process.  Our original specifications and drawings typically grow or alter as the project progresses and we provide final customer assessments. 

 The majority of our websites are built on PHP, which is often hosted on a Linux server, and use WordPress as the backend CMS.  Additionally, we have experience with Next and JavaScript frontends. We have also utilized a certain technology called js.  In general, Fineart Design Agency works mostly with HTML, CSS stylesheets, PHP, JavaScript, WordPress, and Sass.

We're currently closing a project for an end client in the real estate industry. Initially, the client told us they didn't have a big budget, so we decided to use an off-the-shelf software. However, this tool wasn't customizable to fit the end client's needs, so we called Fineart Design Agency and told them we had a small budget to do customization work but had a huge need.

Moreover, the tool's developer took our customization requirements and told us the tool couldn't be used that way. When we brought Fineart Design Agency, the team said it would be tough but thought they could do it. The team was able to appease, so I can't think of a bigger praise for them than the fact that they delivered an inexpensive solution to serve a very prestigious client. 

Fineart Design Agency was willing to take on this project even when the tool's maker didn't think it could be done. Our end client knew we had a good development team and was even more excited after this project.

We began with a discovery week during which they attempted to comprehend the entire breadth of the product and drew out the higher-level criteria that we need.  In a sense, the program might be considered entirely new because they are assisting us in designing every aspect of it, including its processes.

 We continue to work with them on a full-time basis and collaborate with them.  Every day, I collaborate with them to schedule user interviews, gather requirements, organize them, and iterate through the designs.  We have already been working closely with them for a number of months.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Because we are currently building more or less a new product, we haven’t really put it out on the market yet.  That is scheduled for next year sometime, and in that sense, I cannot provide any statistics. 

 However, I can report that we have been developing with the designs and there has been positive feedback internally as well as some early favorable input from certain external consumers.  Because it is based on prototypes, this is quite preliminary.

Depending on who you question in our organization, I believe the outcomes might vary.  I believe that the start was a little slower, in part because we seemed to require more clarification on a few product-related issues.

 Perhaps it was unclear to us and The Fineart Design Agency was quickly we needed to go forward and in what precise form. 

 But as soon as it became apparent during the project, I saw that Fineart Design Agency was ready to adapt to our timetable, be adaptable enough, and come up with solutions so that we could essentially produce a successful product that complied with our budgetary constraints and timelines.  They were able to adapt rather effectively as soon as we had greater insight.

Our product, in my opinion, is rather sophisticated.  It must address a few issues that are highly prevalent among physicians, and they have made every effort to understand this extremely complicated subject, translate it into the design, and develop original ideas on how to include it into the design. 

 Our requirements manager, in my opinion, was there to ask software questions about how to handle certain problems with the product that we might not have considered. 

 They truly assisted us in avoiding any potential problems with the UX design that we would have encountered if we had done it ourselves.  I was taken aback by their ability to understand such a complicated subject, given that it is a medical device and
