What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The site has been highly successful. Almost all of our cold calls are driven by the site and the online reviews we now have. Nova Solutions also set it up so that we only get cold calls from our region, which was important to us. They were able to write the most appropriate keywords for people to be attracted to our site.
How did Nova Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
They perform very quickly. If we have an issue, they respond immediately. For example, we had an issue with a keyword on one of our pages that was trademarked. We wrote an email and they responded within minutes. It was taken down the next day, and they altered the whole site to use a different keyword.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I most appreciate their ability to tackle any change right away. We once had an issue where the site went down, and they handled it right away. The most important thing is that they do their job, and they do it well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I'm happy with them as they are. They’re a small company, so we don’t have to deal with any turnover on their staff as I’ve encountered in the past. We’re a small company, and I prefer working with other small businesses. If you have a problem, there’s someone to speak with.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
The best advice I can give is that the client has to be clear and concise about what they want. That saves a lot of time between the client and the provider. We were clear about the type of service we wanted, our market, and who we wanted to target. Because I was direct, we worked better together.
