Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the director of public affairs for the Hamilton Port Authority. We’re Ontario's largest port, handling more than $2 billion worth of goods per year.

We’ve partnered with them to solve a host of digital issues ranging from website design and micro-site development to branding support and collateral design.

We aim to design services that reflect a professional image and a fresh approach to design.

They’ve designed and maintained full-blown websites, a micro-site supporting an economic impact study, and an annual economic impact infographic.

We work with a full team of creative designers and developers.

They’re highly effective at communicating our message. We've received excellent feedback from both customers and stakeholders.

They use ProofHQ, a project management software we think is excellent. They’re great listeners who receive and incorporate feedback effectively.
