The website is much faster than before already before the completion of the project, current clients are more satisfied with the way they can find information and interact with its content, and we are getting many more messages from potential new clients.

They are always willing and able to keep in touch, answer our questions, and address any issues or concerns. We did not have to wait long or wonder about things, since she replied in a very timely manner, either via phone or online.

I regret not having found them earlier to make these improvements without delay.

We first developed the site about 5–6 years ago, but our developers coded our site on top of someone else’s site, making it very difficult and cumbersome to manage; there were always issues with plugins. Moving forward, I found someone else, and they did the same thing in the development, even after we specifically asked them not to.

This brings us to about 2–3 months ago, and we found wise4dev, and they took over development.

wise4dev cleared out the backend and left the site functioning very well. Our cart function works quite well now. The site is based on WooCommerce. wise4dev rebuilt around 99% of the site.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They performed at 100% in every avenue. I paused my marketing while they worked on the site, but the UX/UI is much better than it was, and that’s everything to me. It’s so much easier for my customers to click on and do what they need to do. Our express checkout is also 100% improved.

How did wise4dev perform from a project management standpoint?

Jerina knows what she’s doing and informed me of things that I previously had to research for myself with the other vendors. Some people just understand their work and love it, and I can tell that she just wants to give her customers the right tools to succeed.

They were perfect in terms of staying on time and on budget. We communicated over phone calls and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What I loved about wise4dev is that they were straightforward and honest. We didn’t even have to tell them what our issues were; they just came in, looked at the site, and fixed everything, leaving nothing undone.

Jerina knew what she was doing and loved what she was doing. She cared and was very successful.

I’m not just saying these things because my previous two experiences with development firms were horrendous. wise4dev simply couldn’t have done better.

Wise4dev has designed and developed a WooCommerce e-commerce website and is now providing ongoing maintenance services — they’re constantly updating and revamping the website according to our needs. They’ve rebuilt the website our previous developer put together because it had a lot of technical issues. Wise4dev has completed everything for the new site, from the initial integrations to product page developments. We’ve been in daily contact with Wise4dev, discussing projects and continuing to improve and update the site to improve the UX. 

They’ve also assisted with other development projects related to our e-commerce site. The Wise4dev developers have also installed firewalls to ensure we have top-notch security — we’ve been the victims of cyberattacks, and Wise4dev utilized their knowledge to handle that difficult situation. Additionally, Wise4dev has collaborated closely with the in-house team handling my SEO and content marketing efforts.

Overall, I’m delighted with our partnership with Wise4dev; I appreciate their expertise, reliability, and knowledge. Before working with Wise4dev, I wasn’t making any money because I had no e-commerce site to promote my business. Thanks to Wise4dev, my company has grown and we’ve achieved a lot of our goals — we’re a well-respected company in our region. We have gotten more business opportunities to attract new customers because of the site. 

Not every development company could’ve developed a site as secure as the one Wise4dev developed. They’re constantly optimizing our site speed and improving our web security. Also, their team works quickly and is always on the ball — Wise4dev can handle any situation that arises. 

How did Wise4dev perform from a project management standpoint?

Wise4dev meets deadlines and is in regular contact with us — they make quick updates when we request them. If the site crashes, the Wise4dev team will work around the clock to get the site back up and running. Despite our different locations, we communicate effectively via email and WhatsApp; we usually have Zoom meetings to discuss the project.

Apart from their IT prowess, Wise4dev’s ability to immediately recognize our business needs is excellent. They’re able to understand our issues and rectify them quickly without us having to spend copious amounts of time explaining them.
