We can shoot through messages in Basecamp whenever we want and have App Gurus get back to us. There are occasionally a few delays in communication, since we're not their only clients, but App Gurus has given us an itinerary with deadlines and kept us updated. As for communication, they're responsive and accommodating of how frequently we want to communicate. We use emails for standard questions. As the build has started to ramp up, we've set up weekly stand-up meetings through Zoom that last about an hour. Any time we need more communication, App Boxer is willing to set up an additional Zoom call. I also have the phone numbers of everyone on the team and call them at least once a day. They've been open to setting up other communication channels if we require them.
