BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a founder of Boldr Law, a legal provider focused on Web3 companies. We are also building a dashboard to automate many back-office systems as well as integrating a tokenised ecosystem for lawyers and their clients.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Enhanceable, and what were your goals?

We wanted a custom dashboard built for the integration of numerous third party softwares. This would form the backbone of what we were developing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was recommended Enhanceable by founders of a different SAAS company of which I am interim CEO. I was impressed by the work done for this other company and so I pressed forward with them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The work involved discovery, design and building a dashboard. The key deliverables revolved around design (UX / UI) and the ability for third party integration. The initial steps required the development of a demo dashboard to show utility.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked primarily with Harvey, who is founder of Enhanceable, although I understand that his team also helped with the underlying development of the dashboard.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The key deliverables were met sooner and with better outcomes than anticipated. Work was done expeditiously and to a high quality.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Communication was done through WhatsApp and Slack, meaning that they were easily reachable. I was also able to communicate with them clearly owing to their understanding of the tools that they were using to build the dashboard, as well as reacting positively to constructive criticism of early versions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are impressed by their responsiveness and the quality of the work within the given timescales. Development of a product is difficult so having a team that was easily contactable made a world of difference.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of from this piece of work.

I’m the co-founder and director of Inside Travel Group. We’re a tour operator; we sell holidays and vacations.

What challenge were you trying to address with Enhanceable?

We wanted to engage a development partner for a custom software build. We aimed to build a platform that could automate our communication with users and enhance our customer experience.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Enhanceable has custom-built a platform that connects our staff with our customers. Users can refer to the platform to access our team when they experience difficulties during their travels. The tool has automated our processes and enabled us to address tickets more efficiently.

What is the team composition?

We’ve primarily worked with Harvey (Founder & CEO).

How did you come to work with Enhanceable?

I found Enhanceable through a referral from my business coach. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested about $35,000 in the partnership with Enhanceable. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Enhanceable in July 2020, and the partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Enhanceable has delivered the platform according to our specifications and functionality requirements. They’ve exceeded our expectations by developing simple features that have added exponential value to the product while working within the budget. 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and travel restrictions, we’ve had limited opportunities to take advantage of the platform. However, our team has shared positive feedback about the platform’s ease of use. As customers have started to travel again, they’ve also been satisfied with the tool.

We look forward to collecting additional metrics as more customers utilize our services.  

How did Enhanceable perform from a project management standpoint?

Enhanceable has managed the project well; they’ve been accessible via email and WhatsApp. We’ve met for weekly huddles to keep the project on track. Our time frames have been quite flexible due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and Enhanceable has mostly executed deliverables on time. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve been most impressed by the team’s attention to detail; they’ve delivered what we asked for and more. Our goal was to improve our customer experience, and Enhanceable has kept that in mind throughout the project and created a tool that addresses our customers’ needs. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes, Enhanceable has offered too many features, which has led to our team requesting work that falls outside the project scope. Although we’ve been satisfied with the results, they could improve by exclusively delivering the work outlined in the scope. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

As with any development partnership, both parties must dedicate significant time and effort. I advise dedicating an in-house project manager to your engagement with Enhanceable, so they can work alongside the team to keep tasks on track.
