CoTown was developed as a digital tool, that collects proposals from different stakeholders for urban renewal. TVM Engineering Services Ltd. turned my vision into a user-friendly reality, so now CoTown was successfully launched in Tartu, Estonia. 
The comprehensive scope of work included the development of an Admin and Customer area, a design platform for stakeholder voting, a user-friendly design creation panel, and a web application with impressive accessibility features. 
Noteworthy was the emphasis on user-friendliness, eliminating registration requirements for direct and inclusive engagement. TVM Engineering Services Ltd.'s meticulous execution and commitment to technical excellence resulted in the creation of a transformative tool that exceeded expectations.

In the charming city of Tartu, Estonia, we brought together a diverse group of 60 individuals spanning different ages, fostering a creative synergy that led to the co-design of two remarkable locations. 
Our commitment to local engagement extended beyond imagination, involving two esteemed producers of urban furniture and garnering support from over ten esteemed organizations in Bulgaria and Estonia. CoTown became more than just an app; it evolved into a dynamic platform, catalyzing a collective effort towards urban enhancement. 
Now, the impact speaks volumes. Municipalities are equipped with the tools to make informed and qualitative decisions, channeling public funds optimally. Real data and the invaluable proposals of citizens converge to shape the future of cities. The CoTown app, a beacon of collaboration, harnesses the collective wisdom of the crowd, turning the vision of a livable city into a shared reality.
