Alex has completed several tasks, freeing up time for our CTO. For example, the editor he’s created has significantly reduced the number of hours spent by our production team by simplifying their tasks.

The project is live, and we've started getting sales. We get 1–2 leads per day, and our goal is to increase that to 5–10 leads per day by focusing on marketing, specifically off-page activities like backlinks and guest posts.

The lead Digis developer is expected to lead an Android development team of 4 developers and report into the Mobile Development Lead. The first task was to implement the workflow and Bluetooth (BLE) protocol to allow the Android app to do Firmware Over the Air updates of hearing aid firmware.

Thereafter the Digis developers have continued to work with us and have completely integrated with our team, delivering various features and improving the crash free rate of our app from <95% to 98% and greater. Most recently they rewrote the BLE implementation of the app for improved modularity and stability.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All development output goes through a thorough testing and QA process to ensure conformance with specs - both incremental testing of requirements in individual Jira tickets and overall testing upon completion. Work was delivered on time (or early) and in conformance with specifications.

The developers are very responsive to requests. They have always delivered on time. They also monitor Slack channels where issues are reported and respond of their own accord. The developers have completely bought into our products and go the extra mile to ensure our success.

The turnaround time on requests for additional resources. While longer lead times are preferred, Digis usually has someone available for us within a week. They also have simple contracting which speeds up the onboarding process and keeps expectations of both parties clear. All resources we've hired through tme have been extremely knowledgable in their field and dedicated to their craft.
