WARNING TO ALL GLOBAL FOUNDERS: Dev Technosys Pvt. Ltd. is a highly dangerous, extortionist organization that operates a systematic financial trap. Do not sign any development agreements with them if you are operating out of India, the UAE, the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, or Singapore. We hired them for a website and mobile application, and they stole a $1,900 USD refund amount that they illegally hold and refuse to return. A standard 3-month contract was deliberately dragged out from August 2025 to July  2026 to systematically bleed our startup capital dry with endless, artificial delays. Their project management, run by Narayan, uses aggressive high-pressure tactics. He intentionally freezes development in the middle of crucial milestones to demand out-of- scope payments, and dangles features like a "free mobile app" to force milestone releases, only to claim later they lack the resources to build it. They faked tracking sheets and marked severely broken backend features as "completed." We executed an emergency technical lockdown of our Git and AWS environments to prevent infrastructure sabotage. Following this, we conducted an independent software audit on their deliverables. Our professional security audit proved that their claimed "90% completed work" was an absolute lie—the platform was structurally unfinished, non-functional, and riddled with critical 500 Internal Server errors. Upon discovering their failed audit, CEO Tarun resorted to blatant criminal blackmail and extortion. He fabricated an unauthorized $10,000 USD demand and explicitly threatened us in writing to send an individual named Mohamed to physically confront us in Dubai while filing fake civil claims to block our business launch. They explicitly messaged us: "You cannot use this project without our permission. We have a dedicated marketing team to destroy your online presence with bad reviews, we can misuse your corporate rights, and we will never transfer ownership to ensure you cannot use your own platform." We’ve focused on early KPIs such as booking flow stability, API response time, and user engagement during demo sessions with investors and test users. The average API response times have been under two seconds, and user engagement during demo sessions has exceeded our expectations, with over 70% of users completing the full booking flow.

We initially expected the app to be developed in six months, but it took one year and two months to complete. The process was slow, but we hope it was worth the wait. The last month was also slow due to time zone differences, but we managed well.
