GobySavvy performs really well from a project management standpoint. We use Basecamp to work together and communicate. GobySavvy makes it clear how the project is going to be managed, what the milestones are going to be, what the check-in meetings are going to be, and what the deliverables will be at each phase of the project. But they’re also flexible. They’re able to make the work go as fast as they can, and they’re able to slow things down if there are bottlenecks on our end and we need to adjust the schedule. Whenever we’ve spoken to GobySavvy about areas for improvement, they’ve been really responsive. I would characterize them as being an agile, learning group of people who are able to roll with any feedback we give them.
