Customer experience at the top of our priority list The Pizza Press became an old-time pizza experience. We developed the menu and designed the store, the corporate identity and marketing materials, including web and social packaging. Together we are navigating their expansion into additional stores

through the franchise process.

We created a whimsical internal newsletter written in the third person style and fostered a transparent, light hearted culture juxtaposed with their established serious and technical business practices. Red Mallard mailed out TechMD’s annual cookie campaign to over 5000 client prospects to engage and enliven their relationships.

In 1973 HSNO started as a partnership and, over 40 years, has become a national leader in forensic accounting. Now, with multiple international offices being added every year, HSNO needed a central hub to communicate the breadth of their services and tell engaging client stories. After we refreshed their corporate identity and designed new collateral, we developed a content-rich website, revamped their social platform, and

developed a content calendar to track and measure their marketing communications.

The North American division of the Energies de Portugal and third largest wind farm developer in the world needed a new interactive website with storytelling content. We created 30 sub-sites, one for each wind farm, in order to have their own regional hubs for dialogue and information. We are currently creating identities for each new farm based on their own local, eclectic characteristics. Expanding from the digital channel

we are also addressing design for print collateral.
