Root Marketing, Inc. is our primary digital partner that provides us with social media marketing and video production services. So far, they've edited, mixed, and produced five 30-second videos for promotional purposes.

Furthermore, we’ve been discussing strategies on how to market our business and identify certain areas on which to focus. As of now, we’re targeting Facebook and Instagram as our main marketing channels, so the team is guiding us on the best approaches.

Their services are consistently on point, timely, and professional. They exhibit a quick turnaround time so we get the results we want right away.

Apart from that, they keep track of the performance metrics of the videos so overall, they’ve exceeded our expectations.

The communication is great and we mainly interact through Zoom, email, and phone.

They’ve been very good at presenting our company the way we want and knowing what and how to meet our goals.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they need to improve on because we keep a strong level of communication throughout the project — as a result, the process flows a lot easier.

My advice is to just be clear about how you want to be presented and provide them with the vision you have in mind.
