5.0 Dec 17, 2020They were always hands-on and coming up with new ideas, which was great. We didn't accept all of their ideas, but the majority were accepted because they were well-thought-out. Luckily, Sector 5 was close to our headquarters, so we’d have weekly touch bases. I’d come in and do checkups. Once we have something bigger to show, we’d go in and have face to face meetings. Sector 5 also handled a lot of the project iterations on their end before they came to me. They would come with good ideas to make the VR experience more interactive, such as letting users walk through doors and aisles of different cabins. We’d have managers see the progress and path we were going down. The Sector 5 team nailed it every time. Some of the managers that saw their work started hiring them for other things, such as designing the new video screens and systems on our new campus. That just showed how much people liked their work. We kept hiring them for other things, and they’d come up with different ideas. That wasn't in their scope of work, but they were so innovative and had so many good ideas that their scope expanded.
