For what projects/services did your company hire VietNam Event Group - VEG?

We hired Vietnam Event Group for organizing our first event in Vietnam, which is Corning Grand Opening Ceremony and Technology Day in Hanoi.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals for this project are to let people acknowledge our first steps in Vietnam and promote our name in the Vietnamese market.

They were recommended to us by some of our partners.

They designed, produced, organized all of the categories of our first step, first event in Vietnam.

What was the team composition?

The event project team had 3 members, however they created the great event that meet our requirement and some of them is higher than what we expected.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The acknowledgement of Vietnamese people about our first company in Vietnam.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project started on August 2019, then all of the categories were produced step by step and the event was organized successfully.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The young team has the passion and professional people to make us impressed.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is a little thing need to improve. I am satisfied with the results.

To promote a grand opening event that would be luxurious, professional, and communicate that we’re open for business.

We sent information to many different suppliers and got their quotations. We checked these alongside their experience and presentations.

I worked very openly with them and was able to help with decisions when needed.

They hold a grand opening event went very well and my boss was very happy. I think it was a great success.

I gave them the power to decide everything, only checking in occasionally because we believed in their experience.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were active, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. I was also impressed by their experience and so gave them a high level of responsibility.
