BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Porterfield Flowers is a high end florist in Topeka Kansas, voted best of Topeka many times over. I worked in the office and as a designer. I worked closely with Kristen from MB Piland regarding our website and weekly marketing.

For what projects/services did your company hire MB Piland Advertising + Marketing?

To create a new website for our business, and weekly marketing, Facebook, website updates, bulk emails

To reach our many customers, make them aware of what we had to offer and generate new business

They are located in the same strip mall. We had worked with them previously, and they did a wonderful job.

I only worked with Kristen, however there are other members on their team

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Kristen and I kept track of our followers on Facebook and competed locally with other florists in our community to make our business thrive. Also updating our website was very beneficial.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Kristen visited me on a weekly basis, unless I needed her more. We had a weekly agenda we took care of.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Kristen was very efficient, I did some of the legwork ahead of time, so that she had minimal time to spend unless we had a big project such as the website
