In the first half of 2020, our virtual event platform had experienced a 30x inbound demand and we needed help. We hired NORA Digital as a part of our external marketing team. Over the course of 3 years, in addition to NORA Digital, we hired several other renowned agencies and NORA Digital was the only agency that we chose for the long-term partnership.

During the first 2 years, NORA Digital reported directly to the CEO. In 2022, we hired a VP Marketing who is now leading the team. Some of the key deliverables include: Design and development of new websites for both the US and EU markets, managing paid media, managing partnerships for external events, optimizing websites for performance and conversion, running A/B tests, managing email campaigns, managing organic social media channels, etc.

NORA was performing consulting, project management and UX/UI design services on a digital solution for a cafe chain.

How did you select this vendor?

We got in touch with them through a referral, and we immediately got the impression that they would be the right the partner for this project.

Their team conducted most of discussion with the Client in the initial phases, which allowed them to create an amazing user experience and fabulous user interface, which our team then used to develop the solution. After the development had started, their team remained included in all phases, where they were discussing each challenge, proposed smart solutions and further improved UX/UI - which was all done in iterative phases. This allowed both of our teams to ensure we were building the best possible solution.

We worked with the team of 3 which included:

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Biggest demonstration of success was the client's satisfaction with the end result and how they could use the application to improve their customers retention and satisfaction with cafe services. The application went live immediately after, and the response from the users was great overall.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow had been super effective, and amazing overall. Aside from regular SCRUM meetings, their team was available at all times for any urgent discussion, or any out-of-the-blue challenge that appeared which allowed maximum efficiency in resolving challenges at all times.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their speed and efficiency when it came to resolving challenges throughout the project were amazing.

Nothing I would change.

After NORA's initial review of our websites, we received proposal and agreed to the way of working. NORA often came to us with suggestions to improve our visibility and security. Their communication throughout the process was fantastic.

In total, we worked with 2 senior members of staff, one responsible for communications and the other for development + 1 developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our websites were well maintained, and very responsive.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We agreed to the way of work, added tasks in Trello, as well as communicated via MS Teams. The team was always very responsive, even during holidays!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was very impressed with their communication skills and commitment to client satisfaction. I love the out of the box thinking and that they came up with excellent suggestions for our online visibility.

No
