Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the owner of a jewelry brand called Gemorie. We sell our own customize-able engagement jewelry and we are also the authorizer retailer for designer brands such as Pandora, Swarovski, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, MIDO, G-Shock, Citizens, Charriol, etc...

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Dealt with many internet marketing companies before. GCC Consulting was the only one capable of delivering my visions and goals.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

First, we defined what brands and items to feature on our website, then we formulated a top down strategy to help customers navigate different categories and brands. We then identified keywords that are the most relevant to our website and scoped out the SEO spec accordingly. Next we identified the main elements for our social media efforts; such as what type of contents to push and how they are related to the products we sell, etc...

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with the account manager, the data analyst, and the graphic designer throughout the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We typically measure by how many followers we can attract and the number of views for our pages and publications.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had in person meeting once every two weeks and then meet regularly via zoom/google meet. Tasks and deliverable schedules were created and we held each other accountable to meet all deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Definitely the caring and professionalism from the team and especially owner Gia. Many companies can talk the talk but not walk the walk, but GCC Consulting excels in both.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe more localize contents for different languages such as Chinese as marketing should be more international focus at this age.
