Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of OC Home & Family. We’re an employment agency that helps place nannies, housekeepers, and caregivers with families.

What challenge were you trying to address with Epack Marketing?

I needed a partner to handle my company’s SEO and social media initiatives.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Epack initially identified optimal keywords to target with their SEO campaigns. Their team also created company pages on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter. They create and manage posts on the platforms, which includes adding videos and pictures. Epack also put us on Yelp.

Their team continues to run our blog and regularly adds content to our website. They also post monthly on Google My Business.

What is the team composition?

Although I directly work with Kyla (Account Manager), their team includes five people who regularly support our account. Other members of the Epack team work on various tasks as needed too.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership began around January 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s easy for potential clients to find us because our website now shows up on the first page of Google. Their organic efforts produce 70% of our new business, and Yelp generates 30% of it. I stopped paying for PPC too. I’m happy with Epack’s work.

How did Epack Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via phone, and their team keeps me up to date. They ask for approval before implementing a new initiative. Their team also sends me monthly SEO progress reports. They’re amazing.
