Bliss Drive has been excellent at ramping up our startup to a great level of SEO. 

How did the company perform from a project management standpoint?
Bliss Drive has been very good at articulating the timeline in which we can expect to see results. Additionally, they've executed the remote team play brilliantly. Although they have teammates working remotely, they operate as a tight team. This team is well-organized and patient with me.

Moreover, Bliss Drive is highly productive relative to the initial cost. In fact, they're so productive that they've created a lot of extra work for us, which has been overwhelming. We communicate via email and Zoom primarily.

I would like to congratulate both Rob and Richard. Rob is excellent and very knowledgeable, whereas Richard is very responsive — I'm incredibly impressed with both of them.

What did you find most impressive about them?
Bliss Drive makes excellent use of talent centers for strategy, marketing, analytics, and communication. They've also provided excellent instructions regarding research, analysis, and strategy.

On top of that, Bliss Drive has taken the time to truly understand our business. They've met us where we are rather than trying to push us into their processes. Working with them has been like working with a custom team of strategists — it has been fantastic.

Are there any areas they could improve?
I would recommend Bliss Drive to continue to learn and focus on the brand voice; that's very important to us. We're trying to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace, and they're very good at understanding that. However, some of their strategies are contemporaneous tools that everyone is using. Thus, it would be interesting to see how well they fare.

Be patient because the SEO world takes time to give results. If you're expecting quick turnaround times, you'll be disappointed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

On our most recent progress report, we’ve seen an improvement in nearly every keyword ranking, placing us on the first page of Google search results. For example, for lip injections in Boston, we’re up by 67 places since we started working together.

We’ve also had almost 21,000 page views since February, as well as 8,000 new users and 10,000 new sessions on our website. In September, our organic traffic increased by 20.5%, our new users increased by 25.2%, and our new sessions increased by 21.7%.

Additionally, we have a section on our site where customers can tell us how they found us when booking an appointment. We have 2–3 new clients coming in from Google per week, even from searching generic terms like “Boston” and “Botox.”

Bliss Drive’s advice is very helpful, and they’ve made our business grow and function better. For example, they advised us to set up a CallRail account, which tracks and records phone calls. We had a situation where a customer left without paying, and we used the recording of a phone call with this person to help the police solve the issue. Overall, we’re very grateful for their work.

How did Bliss Drive perform from a project management standpoint?

Bliss Drive’s project management has been great. They always stay on top of everything, and we’ve never had a problem with meeting deadlines. We work together seamlessly, and they’ve helped us move our business forward.

We communicate mainly via email, which is easier because it is all in writing. However, if we need a Zoom call, we’re more than happy to jump on one. They’re in California, and we’re in Massachusetts, but they’re always very attentive and ready to help despite our time difference.

Sometimes, we need to make a lot of changes to the blogs to ensure everything is correct and accurate. However, that’s not their fault, and it is more of a learning curve. We’ve also secured the top spot on the first search pages for 20–30 keywords, leading to a 300% revenue boost. Their team has definitely impressed us by meeting all our success metrics.

After signing on with them, we’ve had a complete plug-and-play engagement. They’ve created an entire plan that we can fall along with as they check on us frequently and quickly. Their project management has been fantastic. The rate we’re paying is providing us a lot of value. On top of that, their accountability has also been great. The team takes us under their wings and checks in on our progress as they provide analysis. In fact, we probably aren’t keeping up with them as much as they’re keeping up with us. 

To communicate and collaborate, we use the entire Google Drive platform. We share documents, metrics, and everything else with each other. We also Zoom to talk.

Their accountability distinguishes them from competitors. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can have one place or platform for all communications and metrics so that everything can be organized. They do well with sending many emails, but it can get a bit confusing for me. If we can have one platform where we can log in and see everything, that will be great.

Establish understanding and ask questions. For instance, I have a little bit of SEO understanding, but they’ve also taught me at the same time. In other words, don’t be afraid to ask questions if you don’t understand something. They're professionals and great teachers.
