We needed help with web development, IT, and digital marketing, and SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement?

With IT, UNIFAGE handles my network and communication at the office. The team also designed and developed my website. I provided pictures, basic information about my company, and basic information about my projects.

They continue to maintain my website and digital marketing. They also manage my social media presence on LinkedIn and Facebook. For SEO, they oversee my Google Ads.

I work with Farhad (Founder).

I met Farhad at a networking program. We just clicked. I found him to be very honest and conscientious. His designs were beautiful, too.

We’ve spent around $10,000.

We started working together in September 2020, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

All the clients that see my website and digital marketing are impressed. I get calls all the time from people seeking my services. My SEO ranking and traffic have improved by 100%.

How did UNIFAGE perform from a project management standpoint?        

They’re excellent. They always deliver before the deadline and everything is perfect. We communicate by email, phone, Telegram, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’ve been very pleased with everything that they’ve done.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to hire them. Don’t try to negotiate for a cheaper amount. The prices are reasonable and professional.
