I am submitting this review to share my experience with Zoek, specifically regarding unresolved issues under our contract dated 03/13/2025. Despite numerous attempts to address my concerns, Zoek’s responses have been inadequate. I am requesting a full refund for all services paid and clarification regarding ongoing site management and ADA compliance. Services Purchased and Fees·         Total paid: $2,689 for Zoek’s Core Managed Site Services ·         Included fees: $540 ADA annual fee, $50 setup fee Unresolved Issues·         No progress reports provided ·         No confirmation of XML sitemap submission ·         Website content remains unindexed ·         No evidence of site speed optimization ·         Canonical link issues remain unresolved ·         Promised backlinks have not been delivered Communication ProblemsCommunication with Zoek has been disappointing. Updates have been infrequent, and marketing calls have disrupted the process. Emails sent on 09/03/2025, 09/13/2025, 10/04/2025, and 10/06/2025 have gone unanswered. ConclusionDue to Zoek’s lack of communication and failure to meet contractual obligations, I have experienced inconvenience and financial loss. I urge Zoek to take prompt action to resolve these issues by issuing a full refund and providing clear answers regarding ongoing site management and ADA compliance.

The website redo was great, but the communication and lack of progress reports regarding their work on the SEO and indexing issues were non-existent

There was no response at all.  The project manager was off the grid most of the time, and never prepared when we did meet virtually

Not a thing. Their promises and sales pitch are good; unfortunately, they've failed to deliver on any of these—a real hustle in my opinion.

My Account Manager / Contact is Joe, and yesterday we booked a 15 min. discussion to have an update on how my SEO has been performing since I began with Zoek. Well, in order to answer all of my questions, we wound up spending over an hour! He answered all my questions, he showed me how the keywords were preforming (good) and he taught me little things I can do to improve my website. I look forward to working with him in the coming months, up to the end of my six-month contract! I have an unfortunate history of hiring two different companies for SEO, that produced none to negligible results for me, while they took my money... so I was understandably weary of hiring Zoek SEO, but Joe allayed my fears of being taken advantage of by yet another company, by taking the time to show how Zoek is indeed producing real, tangible results for my business, and thus Joe restored my trust in Zoek, which makes me that much more likely to hire Zoek for future endeavors. He really deserves the company's highest commendation / reward. I wish for this feedback to be seen by Joe's supervisor and above... as well as with Joe himself!

Perhaps offer some bundles of services, such as if you sign up for SEO, that there would be a heavily discounted rate if you opted for services outside of SEO... such as website redesign.

Zoek helped create the website and made corrections as I stated in my communication with them. SEO specialist was very helpful explaining exactly how their services work. Thye aslo provided the number of times they will communicate with me and setting up schedules and reminders of upcoming meetings and answering many questions at the end of each meeting to ensure I understood and was satisfied with their service.

I am able to view the visitor analysis and find my business by searching Google. My website is also up and running efficiently with visitors from other countries viewing what services I provide, signing up for the business Newleltter as I work to get my first paying customer.

Maybe at the beginning of designing the website familiarize themselves with educartion terms like "professional development" that accompanied by appropriate images that reflect education or are about education.

It has only been a month since we’ve began working on SEO, so it’s too early to tell whether or not their service is working. But i have faith in their expertise.

They are incredibly professional and brimming with experience and knowledge in the SEO field. Communication is rapid and effective, while customer support is very polite and helpful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What’s impressive about Zoek, aside from their customer service, is how well they have organized the entire SEO process. It’s seamless and very easy to understand for the client.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

To ensure effective crawling and indexing of my site, Zoek added dropdown menu with five additional pages. Those pages housed a few paragraphs of text that was poorly written. It would have been good for the SEO as it was full of keywords, but it was so dull and repetitive to read, that it added a sense of unprofessionalism to my website. It took me three days to rewrite what they wrote and make it sound viable and engaging. Aside from that, everything is great.

I found Zoek through Wix marketplace for SEO partners. They were clear communicators up front and it was easy to get started with them. Their rate also seemed reasonable to me for someone hiring a marketing agency for the first time.

They performed onsite SEO, and offsite SEO by registering my business with multiple directories, and unifying my business information across platforms. It was great to have their expertise for optimizing keywords and site settings so that it can be more effectively mapped by search indexes.

Two- an initial contact who got me onboarded, and then a project manager who got the necessary business information from me, and who is my current point of contact.

I am currently in month 3 of my time with them, and they said after the 3 month mark is when I should see a marked increase in site traffic and sales, so time will tell. They do have a money back guarantee that I will see increased site traffic though, so I'm optimistic things will improve shortly!

Mostly done over email, and occasionally a phone call to explain more detailed aspects of the service thoroughly. I prefer this hands-off approach.

The way they've boiled down what aspects of SEO is necessary and will be provided into a simple conversation They made it much more accessible for me as someone who has no real world experience with it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have been more thorough and complete when performing my on-site SEO. I had done some basic key words and meta tags for a lot of my pages when I created it last year, and they did not improve it to match their level of expertise with which they performed SEO on the new pages they created for me.

But I was able to go in and unify the SEO based on what they had done myself.

It is a basic SEO package that includes using 3 keywords to help get the site ranked higher on Google search. I am given a report on a regular basis and have access to a dashboard displaying lots of different information about how my site is performing.

3 different people. Sales person, PM, and I'm not sure what the last person's position is. He helped me review the report I received.

The deliverables are nice and easy to understand. The dashboard shows a lot of different statistics about my site, like visits, clicks, time spent on site, Google impressions, and more.

I have had email communication and phone calls regarding the process of SEO and it has all been explained very well. I receive an email after each phase of the project is completed.

Their copywriter to add key words to my website did not do that great a job and actually wrote some inaccurate copy, which necessitated my edits and updating

I have an increase in customer views on my page and my social media sites. I have seen improvements because I can see how many people are visiting my page and my social media pages.

I received an organized chart of what needs to be fixed on my page. I also receive emails when a task is completed and what has been fixed on my SEO.

I found the 50% discount option unique because a lot of other agencies were not flexible with me when it came to pricing. They were trying to overcharge me for doing a minimum of tasks. They never contacted me soon enough and were sending ridiculous prices so I moved forward with Zoek instead.

I have received a lot of help from Zoek. I like the referral option too so other business owners can receive help like I did.

we followed a referal that is wix, and after dicussing and interveiwing several other companies we thought the best would be zoek because of they're elating communication compared to others was no doubt impressive, in terms of price it was moderate ,we did get much better option in terms of price but we went for zoek

Right now, I have several pieces of content added to my site to make it more SEO acceptable. Now, as I've stated above, I'm looking for to see my sites looking more congruent.

That is if you look at my website, then go to Facebook or Instagram or even LinkedIn; you would be able to tell that there's some sort of consistency with the sites and can tell that they are part of the ministry.

We consistently talk through email. Almost every day!
