We hired Zoek Marketing LLC to redesign our Delja Prints website and add a webshop.  

1. Before signing a contract, we told Zoek how we planned to sell (through the Vistaprints reseller program) and they created a service package.
2. After signing the contract, we filled in Zoek’s form with our requested design elements, had an initial consultation with a designer, and received a first draft of our redesigned website two weeks later. When we opened the first draft, our Wix website was a mess - none of our requested design elements were correct, and the shop was not included. There were even random price listings in Euros. 
3. After THREE WEEKs we were told that the criteria we requested for the shop was not possible due to Wix system limitations, and that we would need to pay for additional hours to continue the site redesign. We stopped the project at that early stage since the company could not finalize the package of services in the service agreement, and since the initial redesign attempt was poor and did not reflect our initial consultation. 
4. Since no services were delivered, we asked for a full refund. Zoek customer service staff did not offer any refund at first, stating the company has a strict no refund policy even though they acknowledged that the company could not deliver the services in our contract. When it became clear that Zoek could not deliver on our contract, they even suggested that we hire another outside developer to finish the job that we paid Zoek to do.
5. Six weeks after our initial discussions, Zoek offered us a 50% refund on our contract, even though we did not recieve a final product and will not, since it is not possible due to technical limitations. Zoek claims that we asked them to integrate VistaPrints into our website. We did not. We told Zoek we planned to use the Vistaprints Resellers Program to separately order and produce the goods, and questioned if we needed to purchase add-ons from Zoek.  We were assured by the sales team that we needed to purchase the add-ons.  We asked Zoek to cancel the existing service agreement in writing since it is not possible to deliver these services, and to process a full refund.
 

Resolution Sought

Zoek has not provided a website redesign and commercial package as per our service agreement.  On behalf of Zoek, David Serrano offered a 50% refund and then very unprofessionally reneged on that offer.  Zoek continues to offer us something that they have said is not technically possible on the Wix website. We continue to ask Zoek to cancel the service agreement and provide a refund because the company did not provide any of the services outlined in our agreement.

There was no progress or success. It was a total scam.

The whole experience was very cold, impersonal, and dissatisfying. I did not trust them and should have done more research. They did not listen to what I wanted, they charged me twice as much as what others charged, and tried to oversell their services. To cancel after only 5 minutes of their time, they charged me 25%. They lied to me for 6 weeks about refunding my money. I had to file formal complaint with WIX, the BBB, and my bank dispute team, who all contacted Zoek directly. I received my refund the next day. I don't recommend this company. Read the Better Business Bureau reviews yourself.

Honesty, transparency to start with. Listen to your customers and what they actually need, don’t oversell. Don’t lie. Don’t charge for work you didn’t do.

The SEO provider ZOEK is a total scam and so disrespectful, wasted so much of my money and did nothing, knew nothing and refused to hear my experience "Combine with our on-site SEO services for guaranteed ranking and traffic results in 90 days or less." is a COMPLETE LIE. Hated everything they said and 'did' for my business.

They fail small businesses and disrespect people, refuse to make accommodations for where they failed or admit their work was inadequate. AND after I expressed all this upset they had the audacity to charge me 2 months after I told them to stop after our agreed upon package.

I have never had such a horrible service provider and I have to warn folks how deeply dangerous of an investment this is and how awful it turned out for me. This engagement caused me so much stress and money.
