They are Wix partners, I created my website through Wix and this seemed like a logical company to go with given their partnership with Wix.

They have been listings my company in several online directories. This is all being done to help my overall ranking on Google and other search engines. They also were able to have my page reinstated by Google.

Having my Google My Business page reinstated was a major success. This helped my business gain visibility online. The directory listings they have completed for me have helped me gain more traction and ranking online.

Assigned me to project manager who is keeping me in the loop on the site. Not super helpful in webpage design, but the SEO optimization was quick and orderly.

Today had 69 visitors (week 5) when I had zero when I started.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their speed of delivery and response time are impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't love their pricing model, it is very old-school contract-based, and if you discontinue, they actually go and remove backlinks that they have completed. It seems to be akin to ransom-ware. They should be proud of the work they do, and not rely on that type of arrangement to keep customers.

Overall my experience has been very positive for the value. The content being added is fairly bland. However, I do not expect a SEO expert to be as knowledgeable about my business.

It is great that Zoek is doing the heavy lifting with the foundational work and I can make the tweaks that ensure richer more pertinent content.
