Baunfire communicates very well with us. We've had several issues with our Webflow, and the team did their best to work with that. Baunfire has launched the site a little after our initial target, but we've worked around it together, and it's totally fine. The delay isn't Baunfire's fault, and they've worked around the clock to get everything done. Baunfire is incredibly hardworking, and I'm pleased with their communication and collaboration. We collaborate via Google Docs, Google Slides, and Figma. We also communicate via Slack, which is helpful for getting quick answers from them or coordinating the content on our end. We also have weekly Zoom meetings and other meetings as needed.

Baunfire delivered on budget and was very collaborative. Although they had a content strategist and a creative director, our team contributed heavily to the content creation portion of the project. We were pleased to sync up and align to define the content we would put into the site. Basically, we treated Baunfire as our own team members and embedded them 100% into our processes. That approach was very helpful, especially during the first six months, because everyone was very disappointed with what the other agency had delivered. Baunfire’s team was part of the weekly team meetings with our creative team.

Baunfire communicates very well with us. We've had several issues with our Webflow, and the team did their best to work with that. Baunfire has launched the site a little after our initial target, but we've worked around it together, and it's totally fine. The delay isn't Baunfire's fault, and they've worked around the clock to get everything done. Baunfire is incredibly hardworking, and I'm pleased with their communication and collaboration. We collaborate via Google Docs, Google Slides, and Figma. We also communicate via Slack, which is helpful for getting quick answers from them or coordinating the content on our end. We also have weekly Zoom meetings and other meetings as needed.
