Gapsy Studio was hired to design a high-quality, interactive website and mobile application for our company. We wanted the website and app to offer an enjoyable user experience while also being easy to navigate and use. The goal was to provide helpful information, engaging visuals, and intuitive features that would enable our customers to easily find what they were looking for.

Additionally, we wanted Gapsy Studio to create a platform that could be quickly modified in the future as our company's needs changed or evolved. To ensure both quality and speed of delivery, Gapsy Studio employed their "agile" methodology which allowed them to rapidly prototype solutions while incorporating feedback from us throughout the development process.

We've also ordered support and new features adding to the website and mobile application, which Gapsy Studio has delivered on time and up to the high standards we expected.

The scope of work for this project includes the following key deliverables:

• UI/UX Design: This includes creating a design system and the visual interface for the product, including wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
• Mobile App Design: This includes designing the user experience and visual design for mobile devices, including creating interface designs and optimizing them for different screen sizes.
• Research: This includes conducting user research, competitor analysis and market research to inform the design decisions. Additionally, A/B testing of designs can be done as needed. With these deliverables in place, we will have a comprehensive product design that is tailored to our customer's needs.

At the beginning of our cooperation, Gapsy studio provided only the design services, now they have a development team who can provide and support the product for a customer, many things could be done differently if they have the development team a few years ago.
