I once had a bad experience with a company that built everything first and only showed it at the end. It turned into a financial mess. This time it was great and I was involved just enough, nothing was overwhelming, and I rarely had anything I needed to correct. Everything went smoothly, and since I usually check emails at night, the process fit my schedule perfectly. The website is ranking really well, and the pages load fast. They delivered everything I asked for and wanted. I can already feel an increase in traffic and the number of inquiries coming in.

They’re available and organized. Also, we like Basecamp because it’s fast — everything uploads well, and we can even edit. Overall, efelle creative is a professional organization, and it doesn’t matter how we communicate with them because they’re very prompt in getting back at us.

We communicated mostly over Zoom meetings. efelle had a program set up where we could review their work and provide additional information.
