Their whole team was really responsive, and often times would just reach out themselves to tell me about something they were working on. I never felt like I was being ignored or anything, which I really appreciated. Falcon Marketing makes you feel like you are their most important customer. I’m sure they have accounts that are twice as large as mine, but they gave me the same amount of attention because they care about the quality of the service they are delivering, not just how much money they make at the end of the day.
