We have been working with Mike from Ai Media Group since 2015 on multiple successful paid search campaigns. The longest, ongoing campaign is for Cars for Kid which is a car donation charity that helps disadvantaged kids earn their High School diploma. The campaign has been very successful as we have delivered numerous car donations with a lower CPL and CPA than other tactics and vendors that have used.

Key deliverables include campaign and KPI set up, daily dashboard, and monthly impression share reporting. In addition, AiMedia provides weekly reporting for ConnectiCare's database, NEMO.

To date, the 2023 ConnectiCare campaign has exceeded client benchmark goals for paid search response and engagement, completed videos, and social media click through rates.

Ai runs a keyword advertising program for us. On various occasions they have helped with web site development and optimization, ad content, digital advertising development and budgeting. We are provided with results whenever needed. Ai has been extraordinarily flexible in regards to changes in programs and budgets.

With Ai our clients are able to achieve better results with the same budget, more leads for what they were spending prior to Ai.

Our rep, Mike Ostrom, has always been readily available. If something is thrown at him that he doesn't have an answer for he has almost always returned with the answer within 24 hours. He is knowledgeable and personable. All needs put before Ai have always been met.

Everyone at Ai is top notch at what they do. They work in an area where things can change quickly but they always manage to keep us up to date on things Google is doing differently or technology changes. In addition they, especially Mike, does this in a friendly manner. They've built a relationship with us, and we've felt that.

We've have had a couple of miscommunications in the past but they have always been straightened out with expedience. I don't think anything could have been handled differently.
