They also make themselves available when we need them, especially Jeff. Whenever he has to travel or go on vacation, he makes sure that we have backup and that we have somebody else we can call for help. There’s never any waiting on our part for a response — their team sometimes even works in the middle of the night and on weekends so as to not interrupt our workflow.
