For what projects/services did your company hire Breeze IT, Inc.?
Our company continues to grow and we needed an IT company that could grow with us. We hired Breeze IT in 2019 to evaluate, make recommendations, monitor our server and maintain our network. They also support our users, troubleshoot and repair/replace software and equipment as needed. They installed a new, faster server in 2021 and it was a huge complex task and their team handled it with ease.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched the internet and narrowed it down to 3 firms that we interviewed in person. We selected Breeze IT because of their expertise, ability to support our growing company and their service package was competitive.

They handle all of our IT needs including maintenance, installations, back-up, recommendations, hardware, software, cyber and user support.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We have a main point of contact and their help desk is always available too. We work with many different team members depending on the task (troubleshoot computer or phone issues, set up new workstation, upgrade server, install new software, cyber security, etc.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
They took over our account 3 years ago when our previous provider was really letting us down, our system was in trouble and the service was terrible. Thanks to Breeze IT we now have a high-performing system and my employees are productive with no downtime.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow and communication between our teams is great. You can schedule an appt. or call their help desk for support anytime.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are proactive, not reactive, which eliminates downtime.

Provide a quarterly system performance report.

We hired Breeze IT to take care of all of our managed services. They also do intermittent projects to add new facilities, set up secure networks, and upgrade services and equipment
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
This team showed at the beginning a high level of partnership and communication. Additionally they represented excellent customer service and the appropriate level of support that our organization needed.

We had been with Breeze ever since we started in a smaller facility with 30 employees and have used them for multiple projects throughout our engagement. When planning for our move, we had multiple planning meetings where they scoped out all of the resources needed for our new facilities. They executed the planning and quoting with ease and we continued our Managed Services partnership after this job.

We've worked with many team members from Breeze over the course of our relationship - from managing partners to systems engineers, the team has provided appropriate resources for the level of the engagement
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
All of our timelines for projects have been met without issue
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Workflow always depends on the scope of the engagement, but we've always interacted at an appropriate level. For more involved projects, meetings were more frequent with Breeze's team. For continued MSP services, we reach out via email or phone calls to initiate tickets.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Breeze IT, Inc. is excellent at communicating and takes their work seriously. Though they are a service provider, they act as an extension of our own organization to ensure that everything is running smoothly. Very recently, we had a hardware issue that occurred over the weekend, and one of the managing partners worked with us extensively, coming on-site and working late into the night to ensure that systems were operational on Monday morning.

I’m the president of an IT staffing firm.
What challenge were you trying to address with Breeze IT, Inc.?
We don’t keep an on-staff IT team, so we hired them as our managed service provider. They support our servers and computers.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They help us with server connectivity. Because we have remote workers on our internal team, they pay close attention to monitoring our server. If we lose internet connection, they’ll call right away to let us know. They also help with getting laptops to remote workers and support our phone system, which has enabled us to handle both phone and video calls remotely. Additionally, they handle our server battery backups. They’re responsible for all of the IT infrastructure of our business.
What is the team composition?
We have one dedicated representative, Derrick (Systems Administrator).
How did you come to work with Breeze IT, Inc.?
I was referred to them and found that their attention to detail, response time, and communication lined up with what I needed.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since January 2015.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve been a critical help, especially since we left our brick-and-mortar office at the start of COVID-19. They’ve provided us with a single point of contact for our IT support needs, which has been huge. We relied on them to set up a lot of in-home technology for our remote workers. They’ve been handling technical server backups and remote technology set-ups to make sure we’ve been running smoothly. Their expertise has helped us use all aspects of our virtual phone system to their full extent.
How did Breeze IT, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve made everything very easy. We simply communicate via email and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?

Follow up with them, but give them some time to respond. They’ve been happy to take care of special projects for us on the fly.

Since their founding, they’ve handled the IT department of the company.

They’re my IT department. They buy my new equipment, like laptops, and set it all up. If one of my employees is having tech issues, we give them a call and they fix it. They do all of our phone systems as well.

They have a great bullpen of highly competent people. I usually talk to Brandon or Dan (Owners) when I’m interacting with the company.

Dan is one of the kindest, smartest, and most versatile people I’ve ever met. Despite how smart he is, he can still communicate technical concepts effectively to technologically unsavvy me. They’re great people to work with.

Their response time is fantastic. I’ve had zero complaints over 10 years from any of my 30+ employees. They’re responsive and attentive to every single one of my employees.

They’re much more proactive than our previous IT provider. Anytime something pops up, they reach out to make sure we’re aware of it and the changes they’re making to fix it. They’re just straight talkers.

No. It’s a godsend to have them.

They obtained online access to my computer and cleaned up all issues related to being hacked... and restored my email to proper working order.

Breeze manages our IT, Helps up buy computers and software, Does our software updates, Figures out and resolves problems on a case by case basis.. such as a computer or software not working as expected.

Breeze offered a fair price and has the technical skills we were searching for.

I would say probably 3-4 different team members. We do have one person dedicated to our account that knows our business and needs.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We had a computer that would not load up a software update. I called the Breeze support helpdesk. Support jumped on the computer and discovered the hard drive was almost completely full of temporary files. The temp files were removed and a windows update was performed to remedy the issue. The affected computer now works as good as new.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very good.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their services have been excellent.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing comes to mind. The team is proactive.
Since being hired as a partner three years ago, Breeze IT, Inc. has provided excellent technical support that boosted employees' productivity. As a result, the company has recorded a high-performing system and a faster server. The team has an active helpdesk, which has made the workflow smoother.
