Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We were looking for company to manage all of our IT needs on both the business side and production side of our business. We had worked with Ozark Technology on a few previous occasions for very limited and specific issues and had very good experiences. When it came time to obtain full IT services Ozark Technology was high on our list of candidates. Asfar as managed services go, they had been a perfect fit with our organization.

They completed an initial assessment, laid out a plan of implementation, maintain great communication, and work with our team seamlessly. After bringing Ozark Technology on board, it became a priority to secure our IT network on the business side of things and production side as well as field stations. Again, a plan was developed and then implementation began. Obviously, security is ongoing project, but the initial implementation was completed to allow for future updates and enhancements.

Seamless fully managed IT services that works great and provides great peace of mind.

Generally, on time. Provided communication if somethings was going to be delayed. Provide prompt attention to service tickets and or inquiries.
