We needed to become CMMC Level 2 compliant, including all NIST 800-171 requirements. We also needed help desk support for overflow and off-hours work, as well as network and project teams to help fill in for high-level technical implementation and break-fix tasks.

CompassMSP has helped us with CMMC compliance. The team has deployed FIPS-encrypted firewalls, switches, and access points. They’ve also implemented policies, procedures, and controls for CMMC.
CompassMSP provides Level 1–3 help desk break-fix support. The team has also helped us transfer from on-premise equipment to Microsoft Azure and upgrade SQL servers for ECM software. We have monthly meetings to track CompassMSP’s performance and ensure their service meets our standards.
