We have periodic meetings to ensure the success of our engagement. CompassMSP has delivered faster responses and improved security. For example, they found some items that needed attention and promptly resolved the issue.

CompassMSP is developing a dashboard to help us track projects, which is a wonderful feature. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails.

Michael was extremely knowledgable with the project details and office goals for the project. He reviewed the requirements of what we would need and the anticipated interaction with 2 other support teams he would be working with. Ther were no delays with his input or work and he was readily available when the install team needed him.

Replace the system with phone swaps in one day with very minimal downtime.

Deadlines all met, phones arrived configured, ready to activate on our network.  Communication with them was good, and any issues were rescolved ahead of time.

The follow-through was great,   They even had one staff person frive up to be on hand the day of the transition to ensure all went well.

Their project management was great.   We had a few issues up front that were causing possible delays but we were able to get them worked out and stayed on schedule.
