What was the scope of their involvement?

SemTech IT Solutions provides cybersecurity and managed IT services for our company. We call the team when we need technical support, and SemTech IT Solutions also works on special projects. The team manages our firewalls and is responsible for repairing and replacing our hardware equipment as needed.

SemTech IT Solutions also assists with onboarding our new hires by creating the teammate's email address and signature. The team has also purchased and installed software, providing remote services and on-site troubleshooting if necessary.

What is the team composition?

We work with Tyler (Help Desk Technician) and Nick (Director of IT) on a regular basis but don't have a designated team from SemTech IT Solutions; when we require technical assistance, the teammate available at the moment assists.

Anytime we have an issue, SemTech IT Solutions resolves it in a timely fashion. If a teammate can't jump on the phone call at the moment, they usually fix it within the same day. SemTech IT Solutions meets deadlines and communicates via email and phone calls.
