Since 1993, we've helped growing companies replace QuickBooks, Dynamics GP, Dynamics NAV and other legacy systems with Business Central, then get more from it with reporting, AI and ongoing support.
Business Central implementation: Choose our fixed-fee Sherpa program, where your team configures Business Central alongside our consultants in guided workshops, starting at $23,500 and available only from JourneyTeam. Or choose a tailored implementation for multi-entity, manufacturing or complex operations.
Migrations and project rescues: We move companies from GP, NAV and QuickBooks to Business Central, and we're often brought in when a Business Central project with another partner has stalled.
Reporting and AI: JourneyTeam Analytics for Business Central delivers pre-built Power BI and Microsoft Fabric report packs for finance, sales, inventory, purchasing and manufacturing. We also help customers put Copilot and AI agents to work in Business Central.
Results: MaxxForce Industrial Tooling moved from QuickBooks through Sherpa and cut its month-end close from 13–15 business days to about 10. The Works Cafe moved 13 locations off Dynamics GP. Smarter Furnishings finished its Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales project 30% under budget.
