I haven’t tried any other control panels that are now available in the market but at the time, this was one of the few that were available. Their support has always been very good at any time of the day or night. I know they’re based in Kentucky and working in Central time. But they’re able to cover a wide range of time zones to provide us support whether it’s from London or from New York now.
