Features for call handling include hold & resume, call parking, paging, and speed dial, and additional call settings include call barring, blocking, queueing, encryption, distinctive ringtones, user localization, and more.

The goal was to get a phone system as a service and deploy it to our Sales and Service teams. The requirements where that it should integrate well with our existing systems, have extensive reporting capabilities and be reliable and come with quality support service. They managed to deliver on all the above and we are happy to recommend it.
