We have managed to improve the brand positioning in Argentina and in 3 more countries. Through the development of the quotation system and the integration with the CRM we have optimized the generation of leads. We currently have online information for decision making. The implementation of the after-sales system has allowed us to have an online follow-up of the cases. The survey system gives us reliable feedback on our products and services.

Communication is excellent with all teams. We use Microsoft Teams for all communications and Redmine for backlog management. In turn, they give us access to PowerBI dashboards integrated with Redmine to monitor the progress of the projects.

System Integration for Santander
We developed an API and connector to rationalize and order relevant information for the bank's IT sector, collecting and relating information from multiple different soutces, and concentrating it in HP Project Portfolio Management.
For this we used Java and Spring Framework.

Price Quoter to create a database
We developed a Price Quoter for IPC Pools. The initial need was to get data from potential clients to create a database.
We made a landing page and worked with React as FrontEnd, and Strapi, as BackEnd.
We optimized the landing page for the user’s comfort. And we made it mobile friendly.
As a result, IPC maximized the acquisition of qualified leads.
We used Power Platform tools to synchronize the important data and to analyze it for better decision making.

ClickToPray
The aim of this app is that the Pope can communicate with people from all over the world through its own website. People can log in as users, which allows them to write posts in the shape of prayers and intentions. Those posts will be shared with the whole community.
Users can also subscribe to specific profiles, so they can receive notifications for every new post from that profile. They can also visit other profiles, pray for other users, etc.
This is a multilanguage platform and is built on Wordpress. It has personalized developed plugins, and the development of extensions in Wordpress’ Native API Rest, to support other functionalities of the platform that are not covered by Wordpress in its standard implementation. (In Wordpress standard implementation)
We encourage the use of the app in Android or iOS devices, the website is also responsive for those users that want to use the platform without installing the app.
This solution is deployed in the Amazon cloud, it is an auto-scalable software. It can handle high demand peaks, minimize downtimes, and maximize the answer velocity to the users.

One of the main outcomes was the excellent feedback we received on the feature Palta Wallet offers to pay service bills. The wallet was expecting 60 payments within the first month, and at the end, people made more than 150 bill payments.

Palta is in charge of the project management for this product. The management of tasks and time accomplishments are done through Clickup. Communication is correct as a scrum team, all ceremonies are carried out, and communication flows perfectly.

One of the most valuable aspects of the company is that they are always in touch, offering new services. Also, the engineers have the correct knowledge for the work they do.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Possumus team members are in constant improvement, as they are part of a scrum team, so things go quite well. A company improvement would be to try to have a more stable staff; sometimes some professionals leave the company and are replaced rapidly, even though the ramp-up process requires time for the new engineers.

Possumus have deployed a development squad with 10 agile methodologies devops and developers. Among the technology used is Java, Node JS, and React. Deliverables are each 15 days under the supervition with our CTO and Possumus controls the backlog.
