While some issues arose during the project, they were resolved almost immediately, and the overall experience demonstrated Affinity’s strong expertise, commitment, and customer first approach.

Nick, the Director personally reached out to me multiple times which showed a strong commitment from leadership and I’ve also had the opportunity to get to know the team by name through regular catch ups and discussions.
Their ability to deliver on services with consistency, promptness, and clear communication stood out, but most importantly it was the strong relationship they built with us. Something I can see they extend to their other clients as well.

One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance their existing portal by turning it into a dedicated app for service tickets and client communication. This would allow clients to log, track, and receive updates on tickets directly through the app, rather than relying on email, providing a more streamlined, efficient, and transparent experience.
